take your business else where An employee under the name of mac willingly told me that patch work was made on my truck until my warranty went out. 3 times to get the same issued fixed and no resolution at all. Your better going to a more helpful or truthful dealershipswas told to wait one month for a manager because hes on vacation and literally had to hunt down extra help MYSELF due to no resolution.

bought my 2021 Nissan Rogue new at Hanlees and they have serviced it from day 1, have gone through a few service people with hit and miss experience, but Young Lee has been the best over the last couple of services, such a welcome experience to see a friendly face, and someone who listens, respectful and goes the extra mile to help out, thank you Hanlees for having Young Lee there..if he leaves I dont know if I will go back based on my past experience, kudos to Young Lee

the gentleman politely declined my on-line discount coupon I printed because my car uses synthetic oil and he offered me a $10.00 discount. After the service, he throughly explained to me the outcome of the inspection.

Stealership alert, predatory pricing.My wife took her car in for a CVT fluid change yesterday and was told that the CVT fluid I obtained for her was the "wrong fluid". I provided a receipt that specifically states that it is the correct NS-3 fluid for her year/model. The service advisor told me that Nissan generously extended the warranty, but you need to use their fluid.Make no mistake, you did not extend the warranty out of the goodness of your hearts. You did it because of a class action lawsuit because your transmissions have an exceedingly high failure rate. In any event, I have no problem with this--your warranty, your rules. I don't think you'd void a warranty for using Mobil1 motor oil instead of Nissan but sure, I'll buy your fluid.I ask them what the CVT service will cost with their fluid and they tell me $349. Hold on, you quoted $80 for just the drain/fill if I provide my own fluid, what does the fluid cost? They tell me that it's $23 per bottle and I need 5 of them. $23 times 5 plus $80 is nowhere near $349 so I ask if my wife can just walk over to the parts department, buy the fluid for $115, and come and still be charged for $80. Yes, she can.You want to charge about 80% more for the same service because she went straight to service? I know the service advisor is simply enforcing rules made by someone else but this dealership has some seriously misinformed ideas of why warranties are extended and predatory pricing practices. The service advisor was very professional and courteous from start to finish but the dealership will take advantage of you if you're not paying attention.

I had a 20,000 mile service done on my 2016 Sentra. It cost over $500! I definitely could have had it done at a much lower cost somewhere else

Omg! What an incredible experience with the service department! Ramon is the BEST! Hands down! In my 40 years of existence I have never experienced customer service like this! The transfer case went bad on my vehicle! We had a timely deadline that I needed the car fixed by, and he did not disappoint. Everybody that I spoke with, including the cashier(didn't get her name) was very helpful, respectful and courteous! Thanks again hanlee nissan service dept! Will be returning for all of my service needs! VERY SATISFIED CUSTOMER! Highly recommended for nissan service needs!

I believe this company defrauded me. They offered $18,500 to purchase my car, acknowledging that this price was not guaranteed, but I don’t believe they had any intention of paying this amount. They knew I live abroad and when I arrived a couple weeks later I would be very inclined if not certain to sell.Their offer changed to $12,000 and they cited market conditions to account for this 35% decrease in their offer.I gave them multiple chances to make things right, but ultimately sold to someone for a fairer price who didn’t seem to lie to me.
