“I had to stop at the bank to cash a check. I was greeted by a security guard when I walked in. Social distancing and mask are still required. There were only a few people in line and the all tellers were busy. When it was my turn I had a couple of items and the teller was very helpful and took care of my items and also told me about the new way to do some banking using my phone instead of my debit card. Good information. Everything was taken car of quickly. In and out in about 5 minutes.”

“I have been investing with Charles Schwab since 2018, and the main reason I continue to invest with them is because of the Davis branch. Every time I've had a question about anything from new products to the state of the economy, I've been able to have a candid conversation with Paul or Matt at the Davis branch. They are available for phone or in-person appointments, and tailor their advice/recommendations to my long and short-term financial needs. Location is not very accessible, there is a rickety old elevator in the front of the building (just the general building, not this office), but otherwise multiple flights of stairs and limited parking options. They do have phone appointments available.”
