Welcoming, friendly gym with great workouts and coaches. Challenging but different options go scale to your level. Highly recommended.

I moved to Davis a few months ago and have been checking out businesses in my new hometown including a class one day at Kaia FIT Davis. Kaia FIT Davis is located in Anderson Plaza if you drive towards the back and there is plenty of parking. I decided to go for a 6 a.m. weekday class to check it out and when I signed up online through the website was given a week to try for free. When I arrived I noticed that I was one of the youngest people there and I'm 39 years old. Kaia Fit Davis (or at least this morning class) clearly attracts an older group of women who are interested in staying fit if you are curious about the type of women who go here. Everyone I met was noticeably very welcoming and friendly, so no worries there about the atmosphere not feeling warm and inviting. I also was able to get a solid workout the one day I dropped in. My main concern is the follow up marketing through text and e-mail that I have gotten from the company to try to get me to come back. It has felt excessive and in no way makes me want to return. For example, the latest spam I have gotten through e-mail has the title "ARE YOU SERIOUS?" and starts off with "Ana again - and WOW! I couldn't believe the overwhelming opens, clicks, and downloads from my 10 lbs in 21 Days Blueprint that I gave away absolutely for FREE yesterday. (click the link below to grab it if you missed it)". Obnoxious, right? Now you see what I am talking about. I plan to look for another workout studio in the area.

All coaches are friendly and encouraging! This place has become a pretty special place for women looking to get fit, especially since the new owner took over. You really get a sense of pride and genuine care for your wellbeing and fitness here.

I started attending Kaia about a couple of weeks ago and have found my experience to be excellent! I have not worked out or taken classes in a long time so I was hesitant about attending. First of all, the coaches & the women that attend Kaia are all very supportive and encouraging. For someone like myself who was nervous about attending, this new challenge has made it easy to continue attending. Secondly, I like that they offer a variety of options so that it works with ones schedule and needs. The coaches are very good about modifying the workout if you need it but do not make you feel left out and are always checking to make sure you feel comfortable. I definitely recommend Kaia!

Kaia FIT Davis is THE most supportive community of women! The atmosphere is really fun, and everyone works at their own level yet encourages one another to do their best. The coaches really know what they’re doing and will give you both a safe and challenging workout. I love it here!

Membership prices are expensive for what you get. I did the free week to see how the barre and yoga classes were, and I could not justify paying so much money for those classes. The space is nice enough, nothing "wow" about it. I get better barre workouts from YouTube than from here.

I've been a member at Kaia for several years and have entirely enjoyed the variety of workouts, the inclusive environment and the friends I've made along the way. Our new location is awesome as well as the addition of TRX, Dance, Barre and more Yoga classes.

I came here with a friend who is a member. She goes to cross training 5 times a week. I went with her twice to the 6 am class. It kicked my butt! It seems like a very supportive environment where they are understanding of people like myself that can barely do a sit-up or push-up as well as have no idea how to deadlift. I would definitely get a membership if I weren't going to be starting grad school and living on the other side of Davis. I never got around to the dance class, barre, or yoga which I would have liked to try, but a representative from Kaia fit texted me during my first week to see how it was going and offered to still let me try those classes. So, I hope to get over to this side of Davis sometime soon and take her up on that offer! This seems like the type of place that keeps someone motivated.

I love this gym. This is actually my first yelp review so that says something! I tried it on a whim when I was home from college and I had such a positive experience. All of the trainers were so nice and supportive, and I especially love cross training with Melissa! If you are on the fence, definitely go for it.

If you're looking for fun, challenging workouts in an inclusive, warm environment, Kaia is it! The new studio is awesome and we now have a variety of different classes and times to choose from. It's not just boot camp anymore. They've added TRX, Dance, Barre and more yoga. I've tried many 'gyms' in Davis and this is by far my favorite.

I cannot say enough about Kaia Fit Davis. It has been under new ownership since the beginning of the year and it became the best place to exercise in Davis. In the past two years I tried almost every gym in Davis (I went as far as Natomas) but I stopped looking for anything else after my first day at Kaia. They have all kinds of classes, and instructors help you modify each exercise as needed. Nobody cares how you look, what you are wearing and your fitness level. This is a group of women of all ages who come to challenge themselves (whatever level of fitness they are at) and want to enjoy their hour of exercise. Everyone was very engaging from day one at Kaia. This is so refreshing! I made real friends. This is an amazing place, with wonderful instructors and owners.

I went to the cross training class today and I am impressed!! The environment of the studio is super friendly and clean with many exercise equipments. The location is easy to find and near to Target. You can get a good workout and get lost in Target. I love the friendly, supportive, and encouraging peers and instructors. You can sense that there is a community here. Melissa is my first instructor at Kaia and I will definitely attend more of her classes. She is encouraging and slowly explains how I can improve my posture and give me recognition when I did something right. She constantly reminded everyone to go at their own paces and make modifications along the way. The studio offers many classes and have reasonable pricing for everyone. I love that they give everyone a week trial before they can commit to the membership. IN SUMMARY, GIVE THIS STUDIO A CHANCE AND I PROMISE YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED.
