Great service from a novice employee and an experienced manager. No unnecessary upselling and helpful counseling regarding the chems needed to bring my pool to a healthy and clear place for my family and sheepadoodle.

I bought a pool vacuum from the Leslie's in Vacaville just shy of 2 years ago. 1 year ago I took it to the Vacaville location to get fixed under warranty. The parts were back ordered and it took 3-4 weeks to finally get back. The vacuum just stopped working again, so this time I took to the Davis location and Rebecca was working. She was very polite and kind and felt confident that she was able to address the issue and have it ready to go in just a few working days. Not only did she fulfill her promise, she also went out of her way to drive to the Folsom location to pick up a part that was needed to make sure it was done by the time frame she had told me. She went above and beyond and the whole time was very nice. I truly appreciate her more than she can understand. I think she needs a higher position and a raise because she seems to be that great of an employee! I highly recommend Rebecca at the Davis location!!

Awsome experience!!! The staff were very helpful, knowledgeable and so damn cute. My dad's pool was green like Putah Creek. They gave me a bottle for a sample of the swamp water to bring back and run the full spectrum of pool chemicals and alkalinity they do that for free. And did their best to save me money.

Wow, never had such a positive experience at this store as I had today. Been going to this store since opening in the Marketplace. Joey who is the assistant manager provided more help and support on my 2 visits today than I have ever received at this location. Her sincere support, knowledge, and help identifying and finding a specific product that was not in stock at another location was very much appreciated and allowed me to complete a pool project that I needed to complete asap. Usually don't provide feedback but the level of support and service was the best I have ever experienced at this store.

I can't thank this company enough for their willingness to help, their friendliness and professionalism! We've been struggling with pool issues for over a year so I contacted Leslie's to request a service technician to check out our system. First of all, Manager Paula is wonderful. She's super nice and super helpful and always a pleasure to work with. The Service Tech that came to our house, Mark, was just OUTSTANDING! Mark took the time to listen carefully to our concerns and then made it totally clear that he fully understood what we have been frustrated with. Then he reviewed our system and showed us exactly why we were having problems, fixed issues right there on the spot, showed us exactly what he did and explained to us exactly what we need to do in the future. Mark was professional, friendly, caring and really just happy to help us. It was an absolute pleasure to work with him and such a relief to finally have the knowledge and tools we need to keep our pool sparkling. HUGE THANK YOU to Leslie's Pool Supplies, Service and Repair and their outstanding staff!Note - Issues we were having:Pump and filtration system replaced 2 years ago and nothing but trouble since. Black spot forming in pool. We thought pump was too weak. Tried several pool cleaning services, nothing getting better.Mark showed us that our pump was actually much better and stronger than the original, issue was that it wasn't programmed properly and was only operating at about 65% of what the original pump operated at. Mark reprogrammed the pump and showed us how we can reprogram as needed. Also took care of a few other problems with our filtration system and identified the black spots as black algae and recommended a course of action that we're taking and all is looking up!

Unfortunately one of the worst experiences I had so far. A manager that doesn't want to help you, rude and condescending. It is a pity because the store chain is pretty good - just avoid the Davis location!

I've been given the wrong advice by Paula the store manager so many times I've now started watching you tube for pool advice that's more accurate. Save your money and skip this business if you need pool advice. Get a professional to teach you how to clean your pool, or watch YouTube. The manager knows nothing about pools unfortunately.

After getting the wrong advice and realizing as a new pool owner I was sold the wrong products and returning the wrong products sold to me. Only for a store credit, I was told they have no liquid chlorine available. The “manager” does not know when more will arrive.

We have a Polaris Robotic Sweeper that stopped working wile under warranty. It was purchased at Leslie's in Vacaville. We attempted to have it serviced at the Vacaville location but the manager was short with us and would not allow us to leave it to be serviced. We contacted Leslie's main office and they suggest we try their store in Davis. We drove to Davis and spoke with the store manager, Paula. Paula was great! She took the time to listen about the sweeper and how it wasn't operating. Paula explained that 1) they would be more than happy to take the sweeper and repair it. 2) Paula also let us know that Polaris is backlogged and slow shipping parts out. 3) Paula said she our keep us updated on the sweeper. Paula called us weekly to update us on what was actually wrong with the sweeper and that the parts had been ordered. Approximately 3 weeks later Paula called and said the motor has been replaced, they also wanted to replace the cord but that had not come in yet. Paula said if wanted to pick up the sweeper we could and they would notify us when the cord came in. We picked up the sweeper and approximately a week later Paula called us again. This time she said the sweeper cord still hadn't came in BUT we were getting a new sweeper to replace the one that was under warranty. I can't say enough good things about Paula and the Davis, Leslie's Pool Supply. I have no doubt that Paula's tenacity and Pierre's, the District Manager's concern for taking care of customers was what led to this positive outcome. We definitely would say that if you live in Vacaville it s we'll worth the drive to Leslie's in Davis. We will be spending our money at Leslie's in Davis. We even brought Paula a present for her great customer service.

Paula the store manager is the rudest person. She should NEVER be a manager as her knowledge of pools supplies are inadequate & her customer service is by far the worst I've ever seen! They claimed my pool water needed all sort of chemicals so I went & had it tested by a pool supplier that knew what they were doing & showed me proof that my water was balanced! I will NEVER go back to Leslie pools again!!!
