Marc, Rachel, and Rosa were amazing to work with! My wife and I are usually pretty on-the-ball with things that require staying on top of things, from vacation planning to projects to home financing. Marc and Team are the same way- there were several instances where we’d check off multiple steps in one day and the Team was always on top of very quickly advancing our progress. No down time, which we loved! It was like working with family- family that has your back and wants to see you succeed. Couldn’t be happier or more impressed!

I was referred to Marc by a financial advisor while inquiring about refinancing options for my home. It couldn't have been a better fit.I had owned my home for around 6 yearts and was looking to take advantage of the low interest rates we were seeing.Marc and Rachel, his loan partner, were aces from the start. I hadn't had any experience with this type of thing and Marc had a very holistic approach to the process making sure I understood everything from top to bottom, not just from a savings standpoint wih the mortgage decreasing, but also from a reinvestment standpoint, presenting how the reinvestment of that difference could grow over time for me and my family in a multitude of ways.Communication was quick and effortless and being able to meet via webcam made the whole process easy and seamless from the start. There's always a lot of paperwork that goes along with these things, but the communication was always on point so nothing languished and no opportunities were missed.Having several options presented that detailed how all aspects of the loan would be impacted based on APR and loan-term was incredibly helpful. During an online meeting, Marc was able to take feedback and options I was curious about and present data regarding the loan at a granularity I had not anticipated in real-time. This really ensured I understood how the decisions I made about the loan would impact me over the life of the loan.As someone that was new to this whole process, I couldn't recommend Marc and Rachel highly enough. They took the time and had the expertise to make sure I got the best possible refinance available.

Marc and his teammates Annette and Jill were all absolutely wonderful. My wife and I were first-time homebuyers and felt that Marc, Annette and Jill were all very patient and genuine. Before reaching out to Marc we weren’t “sold” on the idea of using a lending entity, however, we are so, so glad that we did. Marc and his team went above and beyond, taking the time to answer questions and explain in detail the process of applying for a loan, working with a realtor, “shopping” for a good loan, and much, much more. We felt like we were Marc’s only client and that he really had the ability to focus on our needs and wishes for our home. Marc gave us multiple buying scenarios with complete payment breakdowns, and really took the time to get to know us. At the same time, we felt that each conversation was meaningful and that everything was done in a very timely manner. All along the way we felt we knew exactly where our money was going. Marc also has extensive connections in the area—he already knew the realtor we chose, and Marc communicated regularly with our realtor. If you are wondering whether or not a lender is “worth it” we can say that we very much believe it is, and that Marc is great at what he does. We are researchers and know what lending entities generally charge, and Marc’s services are very fairly priced. We plan on reaching out to Marc in the future if we sell or purchase again in the area.
