We called them over a week ahead and told them my daughter can’t go. They are so robotic. They don’t want to give us a different date l. They won’t let her sell her tickets, they won’t let someone else to go instead of her. It’s $90 which is a lot of money for a student. Not going to go to them ever. They said their new policy is working out for them. Customer service is out of the window. Such bad experience. I hop. They start acting like humans instead of robot.

Cheap and good service, but gear doesn't always work. Check before you go!

Over the past 50 years Outdoor Adventures (OA), a nationally recognized program, has developed aspiring and devoted leaders by connecting people to nature through outdoor programs, guide schools, and leadership training. OA gave me opportunities, trainings, and friends I wouldn't have found anywhere else. My life is better and I am a better person because of OA.I have gone through the Backpacking, Winter Wilderness, Rafting, Sea Kayaking, and Climbing guide schools, and done Swiftwater Rescue Training, Wilderness First Responder, Wilderness First Aid, Infant/Child/Adult Heartsaver CPR and AED training, all top notch. Now OA has fly fishing, slack lining, bird watching, and stand up paddle boarding, too. The rental center makes it possible to try new activities by allowing you to rent all kinds of gear cheaply.Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion are important parts of the OA program, making OA a wonderful comfortable and happy place to be.

I might be biased cause I work here but OA is a wonderful place, there's a whole lot of really amazing gear rentals and classes/trips that you can take. Love the outdoors and OA is pretty much my gateway to get there.
