Pacific Auction Company offered a Bali vacation at our local Farm Bureau fundraiser. I purchased the vacation and my wife and me. We had the best time at Jepun Bali Villas. The staff and facility were a dream. If all Pacific Auction Company properties are like this, no mater what trip you have, you will have an unforgettable vacation.

Steve Godfryd and his team at PAC are nothing short of fantastic! Steve is a true partner in helping curate a program that will resonate with your audience. We have worked with Steve and his team for a decade or more and have always raised phenomenal amounts of money to support our scholarship and youth programs. This year despite a scaled back event we were able to raise equal if not exceed what we done in the past. We would definitely work with him again and strongly recommend him and his team for anyone considering to host a silent, live, or virtual auction event.

We recently worked with Steve for our school's dinner and auction. This year was the highest grossing fundraiser in the school's history. He was professional and made himself available whenever we had questions and concerns leading up to the event. Steve the auctioneer is truly gifted at what he does.

With the pandemic, we weren't able to hold our annual event and fundraiser in 2020 and wasn't sure what we were going to do at the end of 2021. While we had decided that we wouldn't hold an in-person event, we wanted to do something. We got connected with PAC and learned about what could be done virtually, what they would need from us, and we pulled off a well-attended virtual celebration and fundraiser. Not only did they have the expertise to pull off a successful virtual event, but the staff also did an extraordinary amount of the heavy lifting to make sure that everything went off without a hitch including registration, reminders, and auction items. Surprisingly, we ended up not only having a meaningful event for our members and friends, we ended up raising double what we normally do at our annual in-person event. PAC did an awesome job for our non-profit!

For 9 years we had been holding a golf tournament in support of Operation Homefront, a charity that helps veterans and their families. Each year we had a silent and live auction. The items for the auction were solicited, collected and prepared for bidding by the organizing committee. The entire process from preparation to collecting payment was handled by the committee. It got extremely time consuming and frankly, exhausting. I went online to find a way to outsource the entire process and was fortunate to find Pacific Auction Co. and their CEO, Steve Godfryd. This past Veterans Day, Steve and his crew came in and set up the silent auction and then conducted the live auction. We netted over twice what we had ever taken in before...and with zero effort. They were completely professional and a pleasure to work with. If you are looking to outsource your auctions for your charity, I highly recommend this company!

We have worked with Pacific Auction and Steve for many years in our biggest fundraiser of the year for our Morton Golf Foundation. What was one of our biggest heartburns has become one of the easiest facets of our event because of their professionalism and the ease it is to work with them. We couldn't recommend them high enough.

This organization is borderline fraudulent! Do NOT work with them, do NOT expect good results from their auction items. We won a silent auction for a week in a ski chalet in Tahoe. It was advertised as "sleeps 8" and directed that we contact the owner to schedule our week. We scheduled our week over a year ahead and asked for photos. We were promised photos many times and received a total of 3 photos. The owner mentioned that the chalet is more for 6 people and told us that we can only have 8 people, that children of ANY age count toward the limit of 8 people and that we can't even have guests at the chalet for dinner. While we contemplated whether we want to go with family or friends, the owner UNILATERALLY canceled our reservation (with NO warning to us!) and told us that there are no other windows available before our certificate expired. We contacted Pacific Auction Company MULTIPLE times to extend our certificate, work with the owner or refund our money, and they NEVER responded. I will be filing a small claims lawsuit against them and complaints with State agencies governing charities. I hope others don't get scammed by them. BEWARE!

I simply cannot recommend these people enough or say enough good things about them in this small space. Professional, Attentive, Kind, Responsive, Patient and above all KILLER FUNDRAISERS. At first, the idea of a virtual fundraiser seemed .... daunting. But I could not believe how easy it was and how much support you get from Pacific Auction all the way. Their hearts are in their work and it shows!!!!! I cannot thank them enough for the HUGE amount of money we made on our first virtual fundraiser - and we had a blast! The compliments from all who attended continue to come in on Facebook and Email. The quality of their merchandise is TOP SHELF.
