Best in the west! Amazing service! Family owned business! Got my fingerprinting done and shipped them. Gary was so professional! Really really the best! I cannot say enough how much I loved my experience. Never have enjoyed shipping or thought I would say I had the best experience shipping on Yelp, but there is always a first and I wish this place was in charge of our usps! Not only do you get the best service you get the best prices too! They were by far the cheapest fingerprinting place in northern bay and the shipping material was insanely cheap as well.

If you need a Live Scan service, go to PDQ! There are signs that easily indicate which door you should walk through if you're here for fingerprints. They are the most affordable place in the Davis area. Check their website for the "rolling fee" you'll owe PDQ. If your Live Scan is for both FBI and DOJ, expect to pay an additional ~$50 on top of your rolling fee. The person helping me at PDQ was very knowledgeable and personable. I can tell this person cares to provide excellent customer service. They had me "re-do" one scan just to be on the safe side. My only constructive criticism is the time estimate. I went at a very busy time (probably because it is the beginning of the school year). There was a sign up sheet and the person helping me said because 2 customers were ahead of me, it'd be about a 20 minute wait. I went on a 15 minute walk and ended up waiting an additional 35 minutes inside. By the time I wrapped up, an hour had elapsed since my arrival time. If you're in a rush, this might not be the place for you. I noticed the person working gave more accurate wait times to the people after me, so maybe it was a one-time thing. I just wasn't expecting the trip to take up a large chunk of my afternoon. Nevertheless, I am recommending PDQ to my friends who will need Live Scan in the near future. Thanks!

I came here for my passport photo. They were so nice and speedy as well. My pics turned out really nice. Reasonably priced too. Also if you're like me and you want to support small family owned businesses I highly recommend this place!

Family-owned business. Everyone is so helpful and pleasant to deal with. Offer several options for shipping packages depending on how fast you need to get it to its destination and cost. Also, they repurpose shipping materials.
