I've come for countless appointments and seen different professionals here here over the years. The professionals are good. The front staff are the gatekeepers and are the worst part of every visit. I've had The staff drop the ball on booking my appointments for the wrong dates and times. I get mistakes, if you go anywhere long enough and it's bound to happen. The thing I can't excuse though is the indignant and dismissive attitude of the older lady that works the front desk. It's been consistent for years! She won't address you when you come in. She lets you awkwardly stand there at the counter while she does whatever she's doing still not addressing you. When she finally does talk to you she doesn't make eye contact and sounds annoyed or angry. On multiple occasions if someone younger is on the counter she will talk through them as if you're not standing right there. It's rude. It's awkward. It's not ok. Again, it's all done with an undertone of annoyance and anger. This isn't a bad day it's a pattern of unprofessional behavior. I've called and it's the same thing. If they treat you this poorly before you have an issue imagine when you actually have concerns... It's just a really poor way to have a presentation for your organization. I hope they can turn it around.

My family doctor referred me to Physical Edge to treat discomfort in my knees and ankles. The front desk was very friendly and welcoming. Physical therapist Dr. Dan Lebe was attentive and knowledgeable, and assigned exercises that effectively stabilized and strengthened my joints. He also provided corrections that improved stretching techniques during the follow-up visits and changed routines that challenged me as our sessions progressed. I am still amazed how shifting a position by a few inches can also boost the release of feel-good chemicals. I am always looking forward to performing those stretches recommended by Dr. Lebe.Thank you again Physical Edge (esp. interns Jacob, Alex, and Aysia)! ? ?

Great place! Kia is the best, give him a raise! He really cares about the client and it shows. Also the fact I can make weekly appointments in advance are a plus. This is how PT is supposed yo be!

It's a decent place. It's clean, not too crowded, and a lot of equipment to use. If you don't mind staff eyeing you down and making you uncomfortable, it's a good place to workout.

I saw Kate. She is very helpful and asked good questions about my symptoms, which is more than most doctors I have seen. Works with you to develop a plan that fits your needs.

I got great care when I was at Physical Edge. However, what happened when I stopped going is really frustrating. I was preparing to move overseas. At my last appointment, I asked them whether I owed anything so that I could pay off any balance that I had. I told them that I was moving to another country and wouldn't have access to my US phone number or regular access to mail. At that time, I was told that I didn't owe anything to Physical Edge. So I moved and didn't think anything of it.Now, 6 months later, a family member visited me and brought me my mail. It turns out that I did have a balance and Physical Edge sent me to collections. When I called their office, they told me to call the billing department. When I called the billing department, they said that there was no record of the conversation happening where they told me that I didn't have a balance (like that's my fault??). They also said that I'd have to contact the collections agency and maybe if it's been less than 30 days I would be able to pay the bill and reverse the damage. But it has been more than 30 days since they sent me to collections, because, like I told them, I don't have regular access to mail and didn't find out until today.I'm spending a bunch of money to call overseas and they keep redirecting me elsewhere. They seem to have no compassion for the situation that they put me in, and now I don't know whether they've put a lien on my house or messed up my credit score or what. It's really frustrating because I specifically asked them whether I had to pay anything and they told me I didn't. I would have paid them right then and there if they had allowed me to, but due to their error I'm in a big mess. It's a super unfortunate and frustrating way to end an otherwise good experience with the physical therapist.
