I come here quite often for pick up & I must say I am always impressed with all the workers. I went on Thursday February 8th & they where incredibly busy the phone was ringing no stop & people walking in to get pick up or door dash & the employees where doing great under a very stressful busy night. Just wanted to let you know I appreciate all you do. Fantastic pizza as always. Great job.

Horrible service! Absolutely shocked from the rude, aggressive, and miserable service we received. Not a hello, not a thank you, nothing more than "anything else". My son was craving pizza so we went in for a quick lunch with the kids. The lady at the counter didn't say a word, didn't even look up at us. I asked what kind of cheese options they had and while looking away she mumbled "there's signs in front of each item". We got a half and half pizza and before checking out my kid wanted to add olives. This girl literally grabbed the olives with so much attitude and just tossed them on the pizza as if I asked her to do something sooooo complicated. No plates, no forks, no napkins, nothing! Didn't even asked if we needed these items after we told her we would be eating there. Pizza was pretty cold and not really tasty. Honestly, it didn't even matter. After service like that we just wanted to get out of this place. I think whoever runs this place needs to hire more pleasant, friendly people that actual want to be there and enjoy their job. Unfortunately, we will never be returning and will not recommend this place to anyone.

I like pizza guys for delivery pizza, however the last two times I've ordered from this location items were missing ie. Mushrooms missing off pepperoni, mushroom and olive and taco pizza with barely any toppings w/ items missing. For the prices Pizza Guys is now charging including delivery fee and tip...missing items are inexcusable.

I haven't been disappointed with this company. It's my favorite place to order pizza! My order was delivery and it showed up in a very decent amount of time. I ordered the Hawaiian and garlic cheesy bread and when we got it, it was still hot!

Sauce is very good. Good amount of toppings on pizza. There’s just something about the cheese that’s off. Cheese is pretty plasticy.Changed from 3 to 4 stars. The sauce and dough are fantastic. Cheese is the only bad part

Texas bbq chicken pizza is super dankie dank, like best on the menu imo. Other than that, nice folks, and great delivery options and pickup ones for east Davis.

PROBLEMSPizza arrived cold. It was only 10 minutes late, though.No napkins or fork as requested.Salad lettuce was already going bad. (photo attached)No dressing for salad. Very little toppings on salad.Received 5 boneless cold chicken wings instead of 8. No sauce for boneless wings.Bit into 2nd of 5 pieces and I tasted mold. I had to spit it out. Some is still stuck in my teeth. Ice cream: Melted. Inedible due to separating water from cream .I am requesting a full refund since not one of the items arrived as ordered. I took pictures of the spoiled lettuce. The pizza might be okay if it's reheated, but that's the only thing I *might* be able to eat. Tomorrow. The mold in the chicken ball/boneless wing killed my appetite. I know it's 4th of July, and they're probably quite busy - I waited on hold for 10 minutes before anyone answered so that I could ask why my order showed "eating" online, when it hadn't been delivered. I was told that the web portal isn't reliable - and they've heard about this from other customers. They recommended that I should go by the text I'd receive when my order was delivered. I *never received a text* after it was delivered. To be fair to the person who delivered it, they did ring my doorbell so I'd know it had arrived.But seriously now, if you couldn't put together a fairly simple order properly, you should just close the store for the night, like the other places I tried to order from. Give your employees a break, and take a few minutes to clear out the spoilage instead of trying to pass wilted pinkish iceberg lettuce off as "Fresh". And from what I've heard, you need to hire more staff, but also to treat your employees more respectfully - if you want to keep them. I don't have personal experience in this aspect of the Davis store; only places I've worked decades ago. When employees had a decent supe or mgr, and were paid properly for the work they did, they worked great as a team, and things came together. If not, you get high turnover and people who don't want to be there.This is the only time I've complained about a PizzaGuys order that I can recall after ordering from them for over a decade. They can usually be counted on to deliver decent food.

Also reliable! My kids love their pizza. They have a special for parents and kids that we always order. Their Serrano pizza is the best!

The food is great. Fav pizza in town tbh. My biggest issue is their lack of staff. I've had times when I call two hours before close and I'm told delivery isn't an option because they're backlogged with orders and they don't have enough drivers. Tonight I was placed on hold for 25 minutes. The guy on the phone started taking my order before there was a loud 'no' in the background. Clearly the manager yelling at the poor dude, before he tells me that he actually can't take any deliveries. Being on hold that long, I could've guessed that they couldn't deliver. But would it kill y'all to give that notice before putting someone on hold? Saves time for me, saves time for your staff. Also I'd stake my life on them being short staffed because the managers don't talk to their staff respectfully. Take a class or something dude. It won't kill you to be nice.

Honestly pizza guys is one of our top pizza joints in Roseville. It's the most affordable and consistent pizza we have had. It tastes better than a lot of the places around the area too. They are pretty good and ensuring plenty of quality toppings as well.
