I've been doing business here for many years, over the course of three different owners, as I live down the street. The current owner is very nice and his long-time employee, Alex, is fabulous. Unfortunately, however, the newer employee, a young man, has given the business a bad name. For example, this morning (8/20/24), I arrived at 9:00 a.m. to a closed store (unfortunately not the first time). I saw another customer approach the store a few minutes later, disgruntled to see no one there. Finally, at 9:20, the store was opened. I walked into music blasting, (as it was the last time he was manning the store) and handed him my package, as I asked if they were supposed to open at 9:00. He paused, and said lazily, "yea, I was running late." He said nothing more the whole time, then printed out a label with a different name on it than the label I had originally placed on my package. I had to ask him for the package back and a pen, so I could manually correct the name. Still he said nothing. It has been a very long time since I have encountered such apathy from someone who is in customer service. If it were just his unfriendly, apathetic attitude, I would probably continue to to tolerate it because the location is convenient. But this, plus never knowing if they will be open on time, has tipped the balance for me. This store has lost my business.

Alex was incredibly helpful! The QR code for my prepaid return package with FedEx wouldn't go through so he gave me the option to print a label instead. He was very patient and saved me a trip to a different FedEx location. Thanks so much! (:

I have been going to them for years. They've always been reliable, and every package I've dropped off at their facilities have always made it to transit. They are adding a few extra touches right now, like Funko pops and pokémon cards. Which are cute little last-minute gifts. Overall, highly recommend them.

My boyfriend came here to ship some items because we are moving. Alex was extremely helpful and friendly and made a generally stressful task very easy! Definitely come here if you need anything shipped, etc. Customer service is superb, which makes shipping tasks a lot easier.

I took a hour break just to ensure all of my packages will be packaged and shipped properly. Little did i know, it took them 20 mins to package everything. Too good i say. This kenneth guy is what we call it, the best of the best. Didn’t know he has an actor cousin “Henry” who helps him from time to time, so he could be better in his new role of the book series “Buried Instincts.”
