Wonderful sevice from Camilla. It's my first time renting a storage unit and she showed me everything I needed. Told me how to get through the gate, took me to see the unit in person, and answered all my questions thoroughly. Very pleasant experience and I look forward to renting here more in the future.

I had a wonderful experience with Camilla at the Davis Public Storage on Olive St. It's hard to find storage in Davis during the incoming school year, but I managed to get a huge unit! When the time came to downsize, I moved over to the West Sacramento location. The transition was quick and easy. I love the options on the Public Storage App. Sit in the car and hit the button, and the gate opens. The facility is clean, and I had no issues. You've got a customer for life ( or at least as long as I need storage) Julie Cohen

I came into the office to see if there’s any available units, couldn’t rent at the time but had a good experience in the office, Camilla was helpful with giving me information, will definitely be renting from them as soon as she lets me know there’s a rental available.

Nora was fabulous. She answered all of my questions and was able to accomodate what we were looking for despite having limited options available. Her customer service is outstanding, she is the reason we will be returning to Public Storage in the future.

Alexandria was a phenomenal help. She was patient and extremely helpful in getting me a unit. She also treats you like a real person (instead of a consumer to take advantage of) which is in incredibly refreshing! Public storage has a gem of an employee and I hope they treat her well 🙂↕️.

Easy to obtain the storage unit, got the size I needed & the unit was ready before the time I given. I love that I can open the gate with my phone! I've dealt with Ali in the office & she has been pleasant & helpful with the questions I've had. I stsrted using the unit about 3 months ago & haven't had any issues with rodents or bugs.
