I think there must be new management. I used to really like this place. But the last two times I have been there the service was terrible! I called the shop a number of times to talk to a manager and was told she was not in and what do you want in a rude way. I even tried leaving a post on the web page asking for a manager to call me so I didn't have to write this negative review. But after over a month, still no response. I absolutely DO NOT recommend this place and I will not be returning!

I felt like they didn’t really care about me as a customer. I asked for a mani/pedi but she rushed through my pedicure and then left me to help other customers for 20 minutes. I decided to just pay a leave with the pedicure. Super disappointed since it is my neighborhood nail salon.

i had an appointment scheduled at 10am with Tammy. she no-showed me to the appointment.
she has done my nails many times and is good, but this is bad customer service and i won’t be back.
i booked this appointment ahead of time because i had a wedding to go to.
she didn’t even say sorry on the phone. she said. “you can come back at 1:30, i’m at an appointment right now.”
now i have to scramble to find another nail appointment somewhere else.
i am disappointed.

After waiting 48 mins, I asked for a gel manicure and pedicure. I received a regular nail polish pedicure that peeled in a week, they gave me acrylic with dip powder which is $20 more. And worst of all they cut my fingers, yes fingers, so badly with the drill I had to wear band aids for two days after. Never even received an apology while the manager did my nails . I paid because the work was already done. I was hoping to find a regular place to go to but it was awful

Best dip manicure in town! Pedicure service area is very nice and relaxing too. I only get my nails done here and they are always very accommodating.

I discovered Queen Bee Nails one day while washing our oversized comforter at the laundromat next door. Now I won't go anywhere else! The salon is beautiful, clean, and their work speaks for itself. I always receive compliments on my nails. Their nail techs are very gentle and they work quickly. I get my nails dipped and the luxury gel pedicure. The pedicure lasts me almost a month. I'm pretty hard on my nails, though, so I go back every 3-4 weeks for my manicure.

Went in to get my acrylics removed and they just ripped them off damaging my nails. It was painful and I could’ve done that myself at home. The nail tech looked upset at me for wincing in pain. My nails are now super thin and jagged and it hurts to pick things up. Not going back again

I've been going to this salon off and on for 10 years. Today I was in need of nail repair and a fill. It appears that it's under new management. I usually request changing nail color or mood change color and they no longer have it. I stayed and had my nails done by the Mgr Tammy. She did a great job and gave me mermaid nails. Love the color.
