I'm able to do most laptop repairs myself, including swapping out damaged screens and keyboards, but I don't feel comfortable replacing surface mount components on printed circuit boards. I was looking for a place that could do that, and this isn't one of those, and they couldn't recommend anywhere else. They were responsive to my texts, though, so I'll give them four stars for that.

Excellent diagnostic skills! Got my old Mac running so much smoother and now I don’t have to replace it!! He nailed it. And he has reasonable rates too! Honest man. Worth every penny!! Go see Sean if you have any computer issues!!

I took my computer in for a damaged drive. Sean was able to recover all my data and replaced it with an SSD. My computer is now working great and I have all my data. Thanks, S&S Computer.

Took my computer in to be diagnosed and Sean quoted me a great price to look at it and ended up fixing an overheating issue. When I picked it up he offered to do the labor on my CPU fan for free if I brought a replacement and even offered to add one of his extra smaller fans. I would highly recommend bringing your computer here for maintenance/repairs
