Paige is a new and friendly licensed aesthetician and she knows her stuff! I got my eyebrows waxed and they came out perfect, got lots of compliments. She uses both soft wax and then hard wax for touch up. She also tweezed some strays and trimmed when requested. She lets me know exactly what she's doing to my face and asks me if I need to make any changes and is just so super nice about everything! 110% recommend! This is my new eyebrow spot. No nicks, no burns. Actually, didn't really hurt at all compared to threading! I asked her to keep my shape and clean it up a bit, and she was detailed and spot on! Very approachable, and kind. Try out the eyebrow waxing, and ask for Paige!

My mother-in-law and I got great haircuts from Katrina. The beauty products are also good. The sales assistants are ready to give assistance. They also have unique and lovely accessories.

I can't believe I let myself get so ripped off by KATRINA! All she did was bleach my hair and put a toner on it and trim my hair (no foil or anything) and it just seemed to take forever, after 2 hours I was really ready to leave, but it ended up taking 3.15 hours and she never put me under the dryer, etc. to make the color come up faster, etc...it has NEVER taken so long for my hair, ever...well guess why, behind some bottles on her station was this price list that I hadn't seen, and she charges BY THE HOUR!! at $100 per hour and $60 for the trim so she charged me $360.!!!! I was speechless! So that's why she took so long! Don't trust her and don't go there. I guess she thinks it's Beverly HIlls or something! PS I have had my hair dyed for years and it usually costs bewteen $175 to $225, I was stupid for not asking and feel totally ripped off. I'm writing this to protect others. Fair Warning

I've got to say, I've tried shopping at Sassafras Beauty multiple times and am always shocked of how terrible the customer service is. I always feel next to invisible when entering the store, which is odd since it doesn't look like they get that much business. You'd figure that they would at least greet the customers that they actually do get. Also, one employee straight up didn't have a mask on.

Amazing beauty selection and great prices. Love going here because I can get everything I need (plus more) and support local businesses. While I go for beauty necessities I always end-up with some extras--stickers, jewelry and candles.

Went here on Tuesday to pick up some products that I have always used. This shop is a bit pricey but I wanted to support small business. They lady who helped me was rude and made it very clear she didn't want me in the store. She asked what I was looking for and I knew where the products were but was not even given a option to browse around. She grabbed what I was there for and rang me up. Tired to make friendly small talk and was ignored. Just an FYI when you make customers feel comfortable to check out other products they tend to purchase more than just what they came in for. But it's cool y'all lost out on me buying more than what I came in for and I also won't be coming back. Cheers.

This place was amazing! Incredibly friendly and well managed. Katrina was the best hairstylist I've had in a while - she understands that all hair is different and made sure to ask exactly what I wanted and it turned out beautifully! Very grateful to have found this place, and I will 100% be going back.
