“I had to call this location twice one morning and a young lady answered speaking so fast could not understand her. I made a little joke about it. When I called back she did the same thing. It was kind of annoying, but yound people these days have a hard time communicating. There was a mixup and misunderstanding which I was able to resolve with the manager. I think she explained me request incorrectly to the manager. Otherwise this place is very efficient and the people are helpful.”
“I did not know that it was possible to run a shipping services business in a way that elevates to an art form. Seriously, the people at this store know everything. Obscure facts about the FBI fingerprints website -- they have it memorized. Photo requirements for international visas -- they know it by heart. They can even explain what mistakes a different store likely made on a complicated request.
Really -- use these guys if you need something that requires service. Wonderful establishment.”

“One of the better Post Offices I've been to. It's always nice, clean and the clerks are friendly, efficient and helpful. As a disabled person, I really appreciate that type of service.
The downside, there is no handicapped accessible door and unless there's someone to help me, I have a hard time opening the door being in my power wheelchair. I called the USPS national number and was told that older Federal building ls aren't required to follow ADA rules for customer accessibility... REALLY?”

“I have no idea why all the negative reviews. The attendant acted cordially, pleasant and smiled. She commented on the weather and we conversed about the new winter stamps, which I just purchased. Winter, the best of all seasons!
Go there. Feel the Davis downtown vibe, as the customer in front of me reeked of weed, yet conversed with his current package about to enter the world of first class mail: classic Pokemon cards. Again, the attendant had something positive to say about the hobby. Who could not like this little slice of postage heaven? Cheers people”

Here, they know every detail of every form and their system works perfectly. I really cannot recommend this place highly enough.”
