Heather has an amazing attention to detail and an uncanny ability to isolate issues and resolve them. Had a knee and hip pain problem that no one could resolve for over a year. Heather quickly saw the problem and after a few months of attention in her class it is all gone.

A fully equipped Pilates Studio offering Private and Duet Pilates sessions both in-person and online. Heather is offering Virtual Private and Group class sessions through the Zoom platform as well as in-person privates and duets at her studio location in Waimea, Hawaii. In-person private sessions are by appointment only and will need to be scheduled directly with Heather.
