This studio is clean and welcoming. Heather is an expert at discovering what your body needs and how to get you out of pain. She is always going to workshops to learn more about movement and how to effectively help people. She’s a happy cheerful person who makes you feel comfortable instantly. I highly recommend her. I take weekly sessions with her and she keeps me out of back pain. I lived with chronic pain and Pilates and Heather changed that for me 3 years ago. I love her classes!

Heather has an amazing attention to detail and an uncanny ability to isolate issues and resolve them. Had a knee and hip pain problem that no one could resolve for over a year. Heather quickly saw the problem and after a few months of attention in her class it is all gone.

I am so glad that I found Heather, she explains the exercises in a non-technical way and ensures that the effort/intensity of the exercise is never more than my ability. She is very encouraging and positive and very knowledgable in her subject. I came to her very unfit and weak and after just a few weeks I am far more aware of my body and feeling stronger after every session. I have way to go before I can consider myself 'strong' in my body, but Heather is going to get me there.
