Busy drive in for oil change but our oil change places are always busy especially close to a holiday. Professional with courtesy throughout. Was brought over to my vehicle and explained what was done and what was recommended and what was needed. Price was basically the same or less expensive than other places.

It was a pretty good experience. The wait was fairly quick and they walked me through the service and what they recommended when they finished. I really appreciated that the guy was kind to me, especially to my dog.
When it came time to pay, I was checking out with a blonde lady. When I informed her I had a couple of gift cards, she said something along the lines of, “You can’t use both. You can only use one” in a sing song and snarky tone which left me feeling very uneasy. This made me feel like she felt triumphant in telling me I was unable to double up and that she “won” in some sense. As much as I wanted to retaliate with a response, I bit my tongue, said ok, paid and left.
I would just say from personal experience in customer service when you are wrapping up with customers, you want to maintain professional and avoid sly remarks like that because you never know how the customer will receive it.

Horrible experience. I had googled Midas locations and this showed up as a Midas. I followed the instructions and picked an available time a lot for an appointment to get new brakes. I did that at 1:30pm it said someone would contact me with in 30 minutes to finalize the appointment. I didn’t recieved a call back until 930am the next morning. They left a message saying it was no in so from Midas ( this will become relevant later on) in regards to my appointment. I called them back and it was a different person I explained i was returning their call in regards to scheduling an appointment for new brakes. He said they didn’t do appointments. I said your website actually prompted me to make appointment. I said the lady that left the messsage said the mechanic was off at 3pm and they could do the brakes if i got there by noon and was able to leave the car there all day.
He confirmed that. So I take my car on my lunch break and drop it off I figure after work it’ll be done.
I explained that the warning on the dash they should Ignore those as I had appointment to have warranty work done later in the week at the dealer. I said I just had the rear brakes done a month ago but I desperately needed front brakes because they were squeaking and I commute back and forth over the causeway daily. a They said they’d call me when it was done. They called me 3 hours later saying my car kept backfiring when they drove it. I asked them why they were driving it I asked for new brakes. They said they couldn’t get it to go anywhere because it was back firing so much. and that they needed to do a diagnostic testI told them well there an issue In aware and that is what i told you I was taking it to honda for the warranty work. But I needed brakes because i was sure there was no more pad left on there. They said that i needed to get that done before they could do the brakes. So i need to go get my car. I took a lyft back to work after i had dropped off the car. So i would need to Lyft back. This cost me $45.
When I arrived i asked the guy why they couldn’t do the brakes he said his tech couldn’t get my car to go down the street. I said why would you need to drive it. He told me they had to do the brake inspection.
I don’t know what kind of brake Inspection they needed to do. I bitterly told them O needed new brakes you can look directly at the brakes. I was like whatever the lady at the desk had me sign a form. She said my car was out front I then asked for the key and she stole me they were i the car. The thing is when I arrived I saw my car with windows down . key inside it. Why would you leave a car wide open with the key inside.
Now my car does backfire because of the warranty issue but that only if you take it over 5000 rpm. I would have told them to not drive it if o thought they would go drive it. I’m wondering why they were taking my car and racing it to install brakes. So not onyl did they waste my time I could have taken it somewhere else i wasted the $45. They asked if I wanted reschedule I said No because i’ll just get it done at the dealer. I was wanting to get them done sooner.
Later on I fillled out relations form online at the midas website someone emailed me back and stated that location was no longer a Midas. and that I should call a diffferent I replied and asked why then did the identify themselves as Midas, why did they have a huge sign on their businesses
why was able to pick a location on their website why was Midas on their invoices. All It’s as if they didn’t want to do the brakes so i just wasted money for absolutely no reason. I still have not heard back. I did however go to the Midas website and that location is in there and you can pick available appointment times. There is no reason they could install new brakes but apparently they’d rather I just drive around with no brakes pads which then turned my rotors that just install the pads.
I will never take my car to that or an

We love SpeeDee for our oil changes and tires! Just got all new tires for my truck yesterday-forgot to bring in my flat tire and Theresa personally came and picked it up from my house so they could get the new tires on quickly! That is service!
