I just have every unpleasant experience today. I made a couple appointments with Xixi, and this salon several times but I am really disappointed today. I was 15min late to my appointment today and I am not justified for being late but this happened before and everything fine. However I was informed today I can’t do any design and I can only do color because she has another appointment coming up in an hour at 2. Plus she basically blame me for not sending her nails picture so she just assume I want to do simple nails. However these two are things I was never informed. I was never informed that if I am 15 min late I can only do simple nails, and I have to send her nails picture everytime I make appointment. Also, every time we do design is also almost two hours so when Xixi told me that if I am 15 min early we can do design in this 1 hour time slot is also unheard. Since I already have a design in mind I have change my appointment day and don’t even know if I want to make appointment with them anymore. This is a very unpleasant experience and this is very unprofessional. The least you can do is to communicate with your clients and make everything clear. This all happened when I came in to the store and she is already serving the girl that has 2 o’clock appointment and I have to ask for all of these information to come out.

Great place to go and get a haircut with phu i most definitely recommend him and studio hair salon for not just a haircut as well as your other needs pedicures, manicures, and eyebrows.

They started on time for my appointment. Worked with my crazy design idea and it turned out amazing. Didn’t catch the name of who did my nails but she was super quick yet also thorough.

Last minute Pedi, they made time for me. Nice staff. Super clean space. Didn't smell like chemicals like most spots I have gone to.

Super friendly staff and very reasonable prices. Have gotten my nails done by plenty of the artist and I’m always left satisfied. CC does my nails consistently and she does an amazing job EVERY TIME! I get builder gel on my natural nails and they never chip or break. I would definitely recommend coming here.

Been going to Phu for haircuts for about 3 years now. I drive from Natomas just for this. Best service I can ask for. He’s fast and precise. I’m black and I tell not many other ethnic background can cut a black person’s hair but Phu can! Men if you wanna pamper up, get your nails done there too. Ladies are great and fast.
