If I could give this UC 10 stars I would.
I have been numerous times over the last ten years and have only had one hiccup.
The provider I saw today was Dr. Peter Broderick. He is by far the best UC provider I have seen (in all of the Sacramento-Yolo) area. He listened to what I said and worked with me on treatment. Even if my treatment is not "traditional"...he understood why I use what I use.
I was not there for any medication refills, but he went through and made sure that all my meds perscribed had refills, or at least verified that I had enough.
His nurse and MA were equally great. Explained what they were going to do (before doing it).
Dr. Broderick would make a great PCP.

I took my toddler to urgent care. Dr. Broderick was amazing! He really was able to take care of my daughter in an age appropriate manner that helped her feel comfortable despite feeling sick. I hope I see him every time I go to urgent care (which I hope is not that often). The wait was a bit long, but once I was inside, I never once felt rushed.

The urgent care staff & Dr Blom were excellent. He aspirated my severe swollen L elbow and covered me with a strong IM antibiotic injection

Sutter Urgent Care in Davis is wonderful. They were able to make room to see us on a very busy night when we called. Dr. Ruggles was working and took care of myself and my husband. Dr. Ruggles was patient and explained everything in detail, and made sure we understood everything we needed to do. Great Dr and staff were friendly and organized!!!

Started turning people away before it even opened at 5:30, takes 2+ hours to be seen and incredibly grumpy staff who do not go in order ever.

Sutter Urgent Care gave me wonderful, surprisingly quick care. The personnel were pleasant, experienced, and efficient. The only improvement I'd suggest is that they open before 10:00 a.m. on Saturdays. Most urgent care places open at 8:00 a.m. Otherwise, I highly recommend this facility.

Enjoyed the overall visit, however, the wait limit is too long. And the fact it reaches capacity almost everyday is ridiculous. Clearly sutter davis needs to go. It is impossible to get an appt, so force to go to urgant care the is overflowing

BETTER TO GO TO URGENT CARE THAN TRY TO GET AN APPOINTMENT WITH YOUR PROVIDER AND HAVE TOO DEAL WITH THE CALL CENTER WHICE I THINK IS IN INDIA.

Very efficient, got there when they opened, had six people in front of me, was seen in 20min, remarkable considering there was only one doc. Had to get xrays, that was also done quickly, and everyone is so very friendly and warm.
The doc clarified something important for me, eased my worries, took care of my glass splinter, this very little thing, with utmost care while reassuring me I was fine.
