Extremely long lines that make shopping there a pain. They have 12-15 self-checkout lines and either half of them are closed or there is a guard there that counts the items in your cart and turns you away if you have more than 10 so you can go stand in the long line and waste even more time. I would rather drive to Woodland Target at this point.

For some reason, they've decided to start closing self-checkout without any clear indication of when that is. I went in at 8:00 (store closes at 10) a couple days ago and it was already closed. Only a couple full service registers are open so lines are long and it takes 20-30 minutes to finally get checked out. I'll probably just shop at Safeway if this continues.

I hate shopping at target. Unfortunately people order instacart orders from here because they enjoy overpaying for merchandise.I went to shelf checkout but was told I had to many items. So then I was forced to wait for incompetent cashier to struggle scanning barcodes clearly to stoned to operate a register. Horrible experience, every single time. Lastly why are half the employees on their phones? Cart guy hanging out with carts, on phone. Stocker, on phone. Crying for fair wages as lazy employees should result in dismissal.

It upsets me that the customer service here is so atrocious, even for a large store like Target. On multiple occasions I have been asked to bag my own items after an employee scans them (not self-checkout), even when I’m sick or physically disabled. Recently, I needed help finding an item and tried to use the little help station they offer in different parts of the store. It told me no one was available. I went to the front and asked an employee where this item might be, and she literally pulled up the Target app on her phone (which I have myself and had already checked) and had me search for the item in a way that required clicking on every single search result and then scrolling down to see if it was sold in stores or only online. When I asked if she could check the store inventory to see what was in store so that we didn’t have to waste time clicking on 50+ items, she said that could only be done at the customer service desk, which had a long line. It’s crazy to me that Target is no longer offering “bagging” or “inventory searches,” two very basic functions of a store. Shameful.

Do Not buy Anything on "Sale" here.This Target put "Fake Sale Prices". Fake Sale Prices are Everywhere, they don't reduce prices in the database.So you will pay Full Price at the Check Out.Look at your Receipt at the Checkout."Fake Sales".Don't say, you weren't warned.

I couldn't get a popular new board game at the local game store, nor at Amazon, but I got it immediately at Target. And it was also cheaper there. Yay for Target!

This store used to be good but its really gone down hill over the last few years. Shelves are always understocked and product is strewn all over the place, especially in the clothing departments. The new form over function remodel is terrible organizationally and its difficult to find things. And the customer service is trash. I waited in the electronics department for an employee to finish helping another customer, then when they finished the employee just walked away. I waited around another 10-15 minutes looking/waiting for another employee to come by so I could get something out of one of the cases, but that never happened so I gave up and left. They dont have any service buttons to call for assistance anywhere either.

I've been shopping here almost every week for 9 years. I love my local Target store & always appreciate their quality, style & how clean & well stocked the store is & often employees are very nice.However, I wasn't motivated to give this review bc I'm happy with them right now. I've had a pretty negative experience with customer service the past few weeks.I understand they've been gearing up for the holidays but I really don't see the store being crazy busy to warrant what I've experienced.Most importantly, I want to mention over the course of 3 evening visits I've experienced by observation or coming almost in contact 5 separate times employees running. Literally fast running while pushing huge full carts while weaving in & out of customers & ails. It's Nuckin Futz Man!!I can see how fun & funny this could be to employees if it's a race between coworkers but no one looks like they're having fun & neither are customers near them.Seriously, please stop !! I called out to one of these employees last night who was charging straight towards me with her full cart for the second time within in an hour - to slow it down bc she was scarring me. I literally felt like a deer in headlights & like my heart stopped for a second when I saw her racing at me. She did not slow down at all & ran past me & completely ignored me.When I informed 2 other employees they explained they were filling online orders & under a time crunch. This explanation does not help haha. Please hire more employees for this task because you guys are operating dangerously & being extremely rude.Also one evening a woman employee at the front was calling out that it was closing time over & over & telling the other employees to hurry. I suddenly felt anxious & like I needed to rush out of there. Then at self check out I realized I forgot something & asked the woman calling out if I could grab it. She told me probably not bc that section was closed now because it was almost closing time. It was cheese.... & 9 pm .....I realized she was being dishonest & after paying at self check out went back & grabbed the cheese in the non closed off section & had plenty of time to pay & get outta there with 55 minutes to spare.I hate to see things chaotic & going down hill customer service wise - I'm sparring you last weeks experience when I took my 95 yr old client shopping. ( Ok, I'm not)I was disappointed with the unhelpful response at customer service when she asked them for help with something. Oh & she/we got blocked standing in the cross walk ( in the street) out front of the store bc the cart collector with his mile long train of carts zoomed diagonally in front of us & we had no way around. Then he had his back to us while chatting with another employee. Both oblivious. Please do better! ... Thanks.

A real hit or miss. They’ve definitely done a lot to make the store cleaner and more organized. However, they’ve recently removed the separate counter for picking up web orders. Now there is a single desk for returns and order pick up, which is ridiculous. Today I got behind several people to make a quick return. It took 30 minutes because there was only one person at the counter, and she kept having to runoff to find web ordersOn the other hand, I have found curbside pick up to be fast and efficient. It got me through the pandemic and continues to be pretty efficient.
