One of the worst service experiences. We had a UPS package that we were tracking and was delayed. We went to get an opinion on what we should do and the service agent was very rude. He wouldn't even allow us to ask a follow up question. He wanted us to call the store that created the label (which is not this store). We wanted to ask how should we figure out the store that created the label. We were genuinely trying to get information that would help us, but eventually he got very angry and hurled abuses when we left the store.

I've had a mailbox at this store for about 2 years now. The staff at this location are always super friendly and helpful. As a student, having a ups mailbox box is super convenient for me because it is near campus so I can have packages delivered here and pick them up on my way back from class rather than them sitting on my porch all day. The mailbox has also been a really helpful way to keep a single mailing address while attending school so I haven't had to worry about mail going to an old address every time I've moved.

These folks seem to be always busy and parking sucks, but I never had any issues with shipments or returns. Have even gotten notary services here. Good business to keep in town.
