Sending a certified mail, was told it must require a signature and return the receipt to me, or I have to send it with more expensive priority mail. Since when USPS has a sell goal?

When the postal workers greet you like family, even if you only come once a month, you know you're in a great facility. They work so hard to help every customer understand all the ins and outs of sending international mail as carefully as if we're sending within California. Even their care for the elderly and those who were displaced from their home (I witnessed both kinds of customer care last week) was extraordinary. I've never left a review for a post office before, and I'm so glad I can leave this one today. Top notch. Give these workers a raise!

It was too soon to be true. Yesterday, I went to the office to pick up the packages I had put on hold before the holidays, but unfortunately, they didn't have any of them. I was very disappointed and upset because I had requested to hold my packages. Now, just waiting for a call with no hope….
They call and the customer service said they do not have any hold on their system. And they mistakenly delivered the packages m, now missing or stolen.

I have come here many times and I am overall quite happy. The clercks were very nice and proficient, helped me with my questions and concerns and did everything they can to solve my problems and prepare my packages. The store is big enough, timetables are fair enough and the parking lot is pretty convenient.

why post a phone number if it never answered in 5 tries? the 800 number was far more frustrating.neither number was answered by a human-I pay for the government to work, which fed employees barely do at all. terrible!

One of the most clean and efficient post offices I’ve seen in a while. Highly recommend coming here if you need counter services.

Post Office received my order but didn't bother holding it longer than 3 days. Should probably update your policy before sending it back including when the issue was a wrong name rather than a wrong address. Thank you to the worker who went back 3 times to look, she dealt with the fact I didn't know what I was looking for until she explain it. Again please update your policy due to it says up to 15 days unless Priority Shipping which says 5 days.

This post office is shamefully neglected inside and out. There's dried weeds and grasses everywhere (at the height of fire season) Even the post boxes where you drop off your mail are old, rusted and battered.
The Post Office receives $85.4 BILLION of tax payers money. That's an increase of 7.3% over last year. The postmaster general is the second-highest-paid federal government employee, after the president, with an income exceeding $400,000 a year. So why is our post office a neglected fire hazard?
