“I've had nothing but wonderful experiences with Midtown Animal Clinic. My first experience was with Dr. Nguyen. She helped me make the decision to say goodbye to my cat of 18 years who was suffering from an on-going thyroid issue and had lost the ability to use her back legs. She was extremely empathetic while we discussed this difficult decision. I am forever grateful for her support during that time. Dr. Coil completed oral surgery for my newly adopted cat, Dwight, and later we saw her because the little guy became quite ill (it was just a cold but good to get him checked out). She's an amazing vet - knowledgeable and enjoyable to work with. Ive never waited more than 10 minutes in the waiting room, and never longer than 5 minutes once inside the exam room. Highly recommend this practice to anyone with a furry family member.”

“My now 10 yr old English massive was having problems with the hip dysplasia the first visit. She was nervous after that she couldn't wait to go in. They're absolutely amazing. She went from struggling to go up the stairs to running up the stairs and running down the street on our walks. It was absolutely the most beautiful thing ever highly highly recommend to any pet owner.”

“I can't say enough about how wonderful the team at Midtown is. Reception is always incredibly friendly and helpful, the doctors are thorough, compassionate, and truly listen to your concerns about your pet, the tech team is excellent with your fur babies. Today they did a dental on my tiny angry Chihuahua and they couldn't have handled him and his large personality any better. The doctor called mid-day with an update on exactly what they did and was wonderful. They took fabulous care of him and adapted their handling to his special needs to keep him as stress-free as possible. They are also incredibly reasonably priced for the outstanding quality of care they provide. If you are looking for a new vet, look no further.”

“This is the place to take your pet. I’ve been here for years for my dog. The staff is so friendly and goes above and beyond for not just your pets experience but yours as well. Dr Daley is so good at communicating what your pet needs and why they need it. She is very educated and friendly. It’s refreshing to see someone in this field who isn’t just good with animals but good with people and the same goes for entire staff. Nicole Is by far the nicest receptionist/vet tech (and probably person lol) I have ever met. Go here! They will take care of your pet and you as well, I couldn’t ask for more.”

“We are using UCD Small Animal Clinic for one of our cats who is going thru their oncology unit also. She needed more care because of bronchitis that flared up while being treated for GI lymphoma and mast cell cancer. Each and every one of the staff we encounter are just the best. We have used their services for a long time now as we have aging cats that need specialized treatment. Mainly oncology. These cats are not cured but getting the best care than can to live their lives the fullest comfortably. We have never encountered any staff that make us do things just to prolong a life. We talk about all aspects of treatment and if/when they stop working..the time has come and it is handled in a very nice and dignified way.”

“The folks at UC Davis went above and beyond what we have ever experienced!! 10 stars!! We had a dog come in through our rescue who needed a TECA (double ear ablation surgery) this is a very major surgery, and requires specialists. We got into Davis, we met with the wonderful Doctor Kyla Walter (DMV) and her staff. The thoroughness, care, compassion and attention to detail they had when taking on Cletus's case was just outstanding. He had other stuff come up (skin issues, infection due to bacteria that had been growing in his ear prior to surgery) they handled it so incredibly well. We got detailed updates twice a day, and he was so well taken care of. We have gone so numerous specialists in the Bay Area, and UC Davis not only provided stellar care, but they were honestly more affordable than any other place we got quoted. I cannot recommend them enough!! This has been a long journey for this dog and we couldn't have had a better group of experts to help him with this, and been more joyful to work with. THANK YOU DOCTOR WALTER and UC Davis!!!! We appreciate you all so much.”

“Amazing service!! My daughter wanted a hamster (under my supervision). We went to Petco after we had the worst customer service at pet supplies. We were greeted when we came in. My daughter picked out a cage and food and we had questions on the different types of hamsters. The kind human that helped us gave us the information we needed to decide we would like the bigger hamster. We were allowed to meet the hamster in person before we bought the hamster. After we chose the hamster we wanted we were helped with choosing the right size cage and accessories. Such wonderful customer service. Sadly I didn't catch the amazing human that helped us but we appreciate them and will start doing our shopping at Petco I love the fact that they actually cared about our questions and helped us every step of the way.”
