I called Valley Oak and they said there was a 4 day wait but for $30 extra, (emergency services) they could help me same day. They were fantastic and not only super nice but very educational.”

“I was super nervous about my first vet visit with my new fearful rescue. The rescue I got him from had taken him here for all of his vaccinations and exam so I thought I'd bring him back to check on his ear infection, get a nail trim and anal gland expression. He would be absolutely terrified at a groomer's. The doctor was so gentle and understanding with him and they sailed through his procedures with sweet baby talking and made me feel relieved to know they are there for us! I'll be taking my other three babies here from now on, too.”
“Dawn is nothing short of amazing! She cared for my 7 year old German Shepard after TPLO surgery on his back leg. Recovery time is long and she kept him for 5 weeks. He shed extra pounds, regained his leg strength, and completely healed from the surgery under her amazing care. He adores her and she clearly loved him back!! She’s the best!!”

“My dog got cut by some barbed wire out at the ranch. This isn't the normal vet we go to, but it was the closest to us from the country and we wanted to get somewhere fast because the bleeding was heavy. We called to let them know we were coming and they were right there to grab him when we walked in. We were updated as treatment was given, he was stitched up and cleaned up quickly. I was surprised how fast and easy it all felt. And not that any emergency visit is "cheap," it was a lot less money than we were expecting to pay. He was sent home with meds and will return again to get his stitches out. We will probably back to this vet for his regular care. Thank you Dr. Hsu and staff! Keep doing what you're doing. Much appreciated when service is above and beyond. Especially in such a scary moment.”
