Went to this branch in the morning, long line by the front door for tellers. Left and came back in the afternoon, still a long line. More tellers please :)

Every time I've been here I've had a wonderful experience! The greeter in the lobby always points you to where you need to go, and the tellers are always super fast and friendly. And unlike the former Wells Fargo Safeway locations- their ATMS always work! When I had some money for a retirement account from a past employer, they were great about handling the forms and talking me through the process because I was just a college student who knew nothing back then. My banker actually took the time to show me the WellsTrade layout, and told me she wanted me to leave there feeling like I had a good understanding of it. The time she spent with me was invaluable. They also were great about finding a credit card that was right for me so I could get started building my credit. I recommend this branch to all!

Looks like this branch is also "socially distancing" from phones and emails. I have tried calling them on different occassions but noone receives the call. I was trying to work with Megan Elsea whose title is "customer service representative" but I dont think she knows what it means by "customer service". She should change it to just "representative" to reflect the reality. It has been over 2 months that I have been following up with her on a small matter and she does not respond or call. I would avoid this branch and wells fargo altogether. But one can never avoid these guys as they may just open an account for you out of courtesy without your knowldge.
