Awsome crossfit gym, its outside with is soooooo nice. Because it allows you to breath fresh air while WORKING your a** off!! They offer alot of times earliest starting at 5 am. The owner is always analyzing on ways to improve the programming and equipment. She really cares about her customers. The classes are hard & fun and coaches are great on progression techniques. Anyone can do it!! The price is reasonable and you can have access to the strength program for those looking to improve their form for the deadlift, back squat , or bench press. Check this place out, I recommend it !

Incredible staff. Knowledgeable coaches. I enjoy working out in the fun environment that Yolo CrossFit has created within the Davis community!

Awesome community of fitness minded people. Part of the Davis Swim and Fitness family so with a complete membership you have access to all the classes (CrossFit, yoga, powerlifting, strongman, etc.), the basketball court, swimming pool and the indoor gym. They have daycare, onsite massage, kids programs and more. The people are friendly, management is responsive and the place is well maintained. It is very family oriented and fun.

I've been attending Yolo CrossFit classes here since June 2018. By far the best trainer there is Bryan Kastl. He carries YCF and is very knowledgeable about the mechanics behind workouts and modifications. (He also does massage therapy at Davis Swim and Fitness). Bryan pushes you as a trainer, but also seeks to educate you for workouts in the future. I would give a 5 star review, but the only reason I'm giving YCF 2 stars is because he's been the sole presence at YCF, and I don't believe he coaches there anymore. The management behind YCF is erratic and unorganized without him and I don't think I'll be continuing to pay money for that.

Gym goers are very respectful. People here are so focused in their workout that you can hear a pin drop! Serious workout people here! Mature and respectful! Wish the gym goers in San Francisco were as good. Thanks for allowing Days Inn guests to use your gym.

This Crossfit facility is inside of Davis swim and fitness but all classes are held outdoor. The hours are reasonably typical for Crossfit, a few early morning hours, a mid day and a couple of early evening classes ~7. They appear to offer additional barbell, gymnastics and power lifting classes with their program. According to their results board classes don't generally get above 8 people which seems like a nice ratio of coach to participant. Overall it seems like a pretty laid back atmosphere with participants having a wide range of skills but nothing too intimidating.
