The customer service is terrible. And they don't seem to care. My first bad experience was leaving a message to be called back but getting no call back. When I finally connected three days later (with the same woman -- initials N,T. in case any of her superiors read this), there was not the least bit of apology or regret for the oversight and I was rudely told to make an appointment. My experience today was that I had made an appointment to open a new account, was there on time (a bit early, actually), and my arrival was announced (I saw it happen) to the woman I was supposed to meet with (N.T. again), but she sat down and did paperwork unrelated to our meeting for 10 minutes past the appointed time. I walked out, went to US Bank, opened an account with a very courteous banker -- no appointment necessary. I can't comment on Yolo Federal Credit Union as a whole, but until N.T. is fired or leaves, I wouldn't go there if you need anything beyond the ATM.

Called 4 times today. Wait time to speak with a live person: 22,19,67,28 minutes. So much for customer service.

The employees I've worked with have been friendly and helpful. Rosalinda has gone the extra mile for me. This is a small town credit union who seems to be behind on the latest in technology. Their ATMs are often not functioning. Their website is confusing (even the new and improved one.) I rarely go inside but when I have I almost always have had to stand in line. I couldn't help noticing there is always at least one person in new accounts sitting at his/her desk chatting or looking at their computer. It seems it would be more efficient if those at the desks could help the tellers when it gets busy or at least speak to those in line to inquire if they are there for a new account. Their hours are certainly not helpful for most people as they don't open until 10 and close at 5. If you work outside the home I suppose you would have to wait until Saturday to go in. But they're only open from 10-2 on Saturdays. There is no one to help after hours......not even a phone number in case of emergencies. I guess I am too used to USAA. But there should be some way for members to get in touch with someone to help in case of an emergency. Since the Pandemic I've noticed I always have to wait...sometimes for over 10 minutes to speak with someone when I call in. Usually I'll choose to have a callback. The building is really nice and there seems to be enough parking.

If you're looking for a bank/credit union, I would not recommend transfering your money to this credit union. It is understaffed by nice, customer-service-oriented persons who do a good job, but nevertheless the wait in line is long because of the constant understaffing. Also Yolo Federal Credit Union just did the worst technology update of their system. Regular checking-account expenditures are mislabeled by their new system (for example: my monthly property management auto-withdrawals are labeled "Restaurants & Dining"). Worst: you can no longer view the past checks you've written when they're deposited in your account (Yolo Federal said it would charge me $20/hr "research" which checks deposited into my account I wanted to see when I requested copies of my deposited checks since the July update; I am unable to obtain copies of them the way any other bank does it- by getting them myself online from my account). There are other examples: No one picked up the phone when I called the Davis branch with a question. So I went there with my question and stood in line with two other persons in line for the same reason: no one picked up their calls. Their staff was unaware their phones were not functioning. Five stars for the people they hire but less than a star for basic bank management. My checking account has not been helped by their technology "update," and they've had 3 months to repair it. I can't imagine its online security is any better with the update.

This is the worst bank I have ever dealt with. Customer service is non-existent, wait times for every single transaction are exorbitant. Do yourself a favor and avoid dealing with this financial institution unless you want to have a nervous breakdown.

Having tried different trading platform , my last experience with Mrs Emily Alison is the best ever, I traded with $500 and within a week i made profit of $6500 and to my greatest surprise no extra charge was paid for my withdrawal. So I recommend Emily platform for effective trade to every one.

Had a bad experience here. I bank with a different credit union. I use the drive thru ATM here as many others do.To have the ATM "eat" my cash. Went inside for help and it only got worse attitude right out the gate "can't help you call your bank". Ive been too 100 banks/credit unions none as bad as this.

They treat their customers horribly, we have been discriminated aginst, treated rudely and judged! My husband's account has been compromised atleast 6 times and everything is out dated and broken! Online and app are horrible too. Wouldn't recommend if you like your money safe and quality customer service!

Although the staff here are great, this business has some small issues such as ATMs not working properly on a regular basis. It's inconvenient, but they do listen when these sorts of issues are reported.

The team at Yolo FCU in Davis, CA is awesome. They treat all the members as if they are family and my experience with them was nothing short of spectacular! I would recommend them to everyone I know!Thank You Shanna, Thania, and everyone else!!

Finding a banking institution that is willing to go above and beyond to make sure the customers needs are met is hard to find these days especially with this Covid-19 scare. Me and my brother needed a new bank and needed help with something that seemed impossible but the Davis Yolo FCU team made everything possible. If you need a new bank go talk to Thania or Shanna they treat everyone like family and will help you with all your banking needs. Thank You to everyone at the Davis FCU!!!

This branch seems to have a lot of staff but not much customer service. They consistently have both their atms out of order or not available for use. They have promised for years to work on the atm problems but never seem to follow through as they consistently have issues. If you are unfortunate enough to have to enter the branch you are greeted with long lines and one teller working while several "new accounts" staff sit at desks browsing the internet or chatting on the phone. It's clear this branch prioritizes new customers and ignores their current customers. If you are looking for a responsive, customer service oriented, modern bank (their bill pay site is hilariously antiquated) I suggest Travis Credit Union.

This review isn't for Yolo Federal as a banking option, but rather for this branch in particular. The customer service here is very poor, and after a few visits that left me with a bad taste in my mouth I've decided to just never step into this branch again, I'll stick to their other offices.
