Moved down to California a few months back and needed to register my car. Easiest registration experience of my life. Thanks to both the extremely knowledgeable woman at the front desk and Keaton who helped guide me through the process quickly and effortlessly. Glad I am a AAA member and will be recommending this branch to friends and family going forward. Wonderful!

Today i had the pleasure of working with Marcus Lamandt, and I couldn't be more impressed. His professionalism, knowledge and attention to detail made the process smooth and stress free. He was patient, clear and genuinely cared about my needs. I truly appreciated his courteous approach and the time he took to explain everything.

Hit or miss with customer service. Some of the people have been there for years and they know what they are doing in regards to customer service. The last 2 people I had the misfortune of being directed to for insurance information were HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL...rude and borderline incompetent.

Fast and friendly service. Brought in my international driving permit application that I filled out online and two passport photos. Was able to walk out of with an IDP in hand. Would recommend this location ?

During my 35 year membership, I've rarely used any services. I wanted to try the travel service, but couldn't see without an appointment. I arrived for my appointment, and after waiting 30 minutes and complaining several times, I walked out. Cancelling my membership.

I cannot say enough positive remarks about this location. I recently had an issue replacing a Title and the DMV was super unhelpful, so I reached out to AAA Del Mar for support. Not only did they check on the status of my replacement title for me, but they even suggested ways to help me get my new title in Colorado, where I live now. Skip the DMV *everytime* and go to the kind humans at AAA here.

Had to take a minute to leave a review because the staff at this location is SOO amazing. Everyone is so kind, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. AAA is awesome and this location is particular is so great. Skip the DMV and go here!!

I needed to go to a AAA office for a DMV transaction, and this one was the closest to my errands. Years ago, I'd go to the former Del Mar office. Well ... this was my best experience at a AAA office. Rather than having to check-in and wait for the DMV specialist, as in every other AAA office, this office had 6 Member Services Specialists up front that handled all membership and DMV transactions. I was in/out in less than 15 minutes! All of the Specialists were friendly and knowledgeable. I was particularly pleased with GiGi who handled my transaction. Plenty of shopping center parking.

Alaa with AAA helped us out in Carmel Valley today with a flat, and delivered fabulous service. I was beyond relieved to hear he was arriving so quickly (within 20 minutes of calling!Highly recommend AAA. Thank you Alaa.

Great customer service, fast and efficient. I paid for my car renewal permit thing online and had not received the sticker yet even waiting for 2 months. So decided to go to AAA and see if they could check what was going on. The guy who helped me commented that I actually needed a smog check and suggested a place nearby. Done the whole thing in less than an hour and got the sticker that I was missing.
