“We've been going to this gas station off and on over the past 5 years when we visit the area and we will be zooming thru again in November this year and when i saw some of the reviews that were bad I was a little concerned and wrote to chevron and got a nice email from corporate then a nice call from the stations' manager Kevin who both ensured that the bathroom CAN be used by customers getting gas and you can even call ahead to be sure before going... They have GREAT customer care and even though bathroom use is not a fun conversation, well, its only human, and when getting gas and paying for treats too before a long journey out of town back home, best to use the facilities. Thanks Kevin for the call and personal touch to us, your loyal customers from Texas, and Santa Barbara.”

“$85 hand wash and wax. Drawn here based on other reviews. First impression upon driving in was a bit confusing due to how busy they are and the number of services they offer. However I found a friendly face who explained and gave easy instructions on what to do and where to park for our appointment booked online.Took about three hours. They did not rush the service and detailed the car. Nice to see since they offer even pricier services as well. The gentleman detailing the car even requested 5 more minutes to double check and touch up any areas. Very impressed, and our car was as clean and shiny as the day we purchased it!”

“14 years that I've gotten excellent craftsmanship level of detail and service. The touch-less foam cannon washes were done better than any place in CA. When I moved to Arizona I made it a point to still drop off my car at the Metro shop in Miramar and their other locations when I was often in town for business. David is a pro. He renewed a few cars over the years to look better than new and the maintenance , wow, he would see things I didn't and I love cars and am a DuPont paint expert. David is a pro among pros. If you have a high end finish on a collectible or exotic he will take care of the car like it was his own, and better than anyone that understands coatings and paint preservation. So yes, he's the best. I've worked with others across the country, he would be award winning.”

Prior to even acquiring my car, I had been in talks with Chris regarding a couple projects I had coming up. Once the time came, I brought in my BMW X3 M to get full frontal PPF and Opti-Coat Pro Plus ceramic coating for the rest of the vehicle. Chris is very knowledgeable and displays his passion for his work and it really shows in the final product. I couldn't be happier with the result and would recommend him to anyone looking for quality paint protection and ceramic coating. I will be returning for maintenance of this vehicle and future vehicles!”

My experience with Audi customer service and their Service Dept has been frustrating, to say the least. My very first encounter with Auto Tech was over the phone with Maria, who was so nice and extremely helpful. Took my car for said inspection and oil change. Customer service was excellent and I didn't need anything done but an oil change and my wipers replaced. It didn't cost me $1100. They also provided recommended services for the next 5k miles and with a quote. Will definitely be returning!”

“These guys were great. MINI dealership recommended them to me. Luis gave me an estimate back in August for damage to the passenger side including replacing the door handle and I was a bit shocked at the $1500 price tag. But I finally bit the bullet and dropped off the car this last Monday. He said it should be ready by Friday. As we were leaving, he ran up to us and pointed out that we had a big scratch on the drivers side -- looked like it had been keyed. I'm not really surprised that I hadn't noticed because the car was very dirty and I'm not really obsessed with my car's appearance. It had probably happened over the weekend while out and about. Anyway, I was already there and prepared to spend some money, so I asked him how much more it would be to fix that side. He implied that it might be as much as the passenger side, minus the cost of the door handle replacement. I just decided to suck it up and get it done, the car is only 3 years old and I want it to retain as much value as possible. I didn't even ask for a formal quote or whether it would extend the time to complete the repairs. Thursday afternoon, I texted Luis to ask if he thought it would be ready on Friday. He said it should be by 3pm. Had to return my rental car around 1:30pm, so I did that, then called and asked if they were still on target for 3pm, as I would find something to do nearby for an hour or two if so. He said it was ready, just being washed. So I walked from the rental car place to the shop, and it was there and ready for me. Biggest shock was when the guy (not Luis, didn't get his name) handed me the bill, it was only $300 more than the original estimate. So $1000 less than I was expecting. How often does something like that happen? They did a great job with the color match, my MINI is a cerulean blue that I constantly get compliments on, but I have never been able to get a touch-up kit from the dealer for minor scratches. Highly recommended!”
