“We've been going to this gas station off and on over the past 5 years when we visit the area and we will be zooming thru again in November this year and when i saw some of the reviews that were bad I was a little concerned and wrote to chevron and got a nice email from corporate then a nice call from the stations' manager Kevin who both ensured that the bathroom CAN be used by customers getting gas and you can even call ahead to be sure before going... They have GREAT customer care and even though bathroom use is not a fun conversation, well, its only human, and when getting gas and paying for treats too before a long journey out of town back home, best to use the facilities. Thanks Kevin for the call and personal touch to us, your loyal customers from Texas, and Santa Barbara.”

“QUICK STOP ! I needed to add some air to my front tires and grab a few lotto tickets so I zipped in here before lunch today. Gee they might have new ownership because someone with a real personality looked after me in a friendly manner when I popped inside the kiosk to buy the lotto tickets...and ask for the air pump to be activated. I can see why they have accrued a rotten Yelp review aggregate over the years....the gas pumps are closed down a lot and most of the staff I have encountered are deadbeats. That doesn't really bother me because I like to gas up with Shell...have done most of my life for some reason. And this gas station has a working air pump and is less than 5 minutes from home. It'll do !”

“The security stripes have been torn or ripped. These prevent others from accessing your cc. They're also out of gas more often. Not good.Updated: ever since that review, I've been here 4 or 5 times, the security strips are back.”
