Good gas station. It was clean in the exterior and the bathroom was clean. It is a one at a time bathroom experience (and only one).
There is an air pump too.

They ripped my license plate and bracket off the car during a car wash. Both the manager of the car wash and the overall GM implied it was my fault. The dealership installed it on my XM5. I had to notice they lost my back plate and ask for it back. Then I asked them for the screws. The whole time you’d have thought I was asking them for a big favor. I got so angry I asked them to refund me the six remaining car washes I had prepaid. Paid for ten, price was $270. GM offered me $100. I started to tell him his math was wrong. He wouldn’t hear me. I work on Wall Street so I know numbers. When he offered me $120 I took it just to get out of there. Imagine if they had really damaged my $100k+ car? No thanks. Oh and the GM calls the women who work there his “girls”. These are grown women. I feel sorry for them. They also told me they hand wash the cars when you watch it go through a high pressure wash machine. I get they hand dry it, but the lies kept rolling out. STAY FAR AWAY. Update, at the dealership and they ripped it so badly I have to get a whole new license plate bracket. Cost = $56. And two visits to the dealership as a result of these guys. STAY AWAY.

I'm on my way back from Mexico and of course wife wants to pee. We need gas so I kill two birds with one stone. Wait , the Chevron did not have a restroom for public use. You are kidding me so I topped off and had to take her elsewhere

God forbid don't park in this parking lot and relax and eat your lunch or anything! I was relaxing here between gigs with my red LED light mask on listening to subliminals minding my own business and someone here called security on me! ? Like I was being some sort of a nuisance or something. All I was doing was quietly keeping to myself but someone out there felt the need to act like they were superior and call security on me for basically relaxing in my car & minding my own business. I was not being loud, nor was I threatening anyone or even talking to anybody. Just meditating in my car.. My goodness, the breeze could blow a feather in your face and you're probably a type of person who would scream that you got a concussion from it. At least the security cop who told me to move was cool. It's not his fault people are acting like fragile little Karens who can't stand to watch other people relax and enjoy their best lives. But to the person who called him, get a grip, Karen! When you treat me like a nuisance when I'm not being a nuisance, the Universe will find a way to serve you up a nuisance.

We've been going to this gas station off and on over the past 5 years when we visit the area and we will be zooming thru again in November this year and when i saw some of the reviews that were bad I was a little concerned and wrote to chevron and got a nice email from corporate then a nice call from the stations' manager Kevin who both ensured that the bathroom CAN be used by customers getting gas and you can even call ahead to be sure before going... They have GREAT customer care and even though bathroom use is not a fun conversation, well, its only human, and when getting gas and paying for treats too before a long journey out of town back home, best to use the facilities. Thanks Kevin for the call and personal touch to us, your loyal customers from Texas, and Santa Barbara.

This gas station has full trash, closed when they are supposed to be open rude attendant. The gas dispensers aren't meeting the weights and balances of 6.2 gallons per minute. Next time don't be rude.

I stopped by to get some gas and wash my hands (because I had spilt my coffee) the woman at the register was incredibly rude and lied about the bathrooms being closed. Don’t stop here!!

Attendant was very rude, trash cans were full, was closed when hours on website clearly state 12am, wouldn't recommend this gas station... wait until the next one. Also the gas didn't dispense at 6.2 gallons per minute as is required by weights and balances.

Just had my car washed at the Chevron on Via de La Valle. Roger met me when I pulled up, he was very polite. I was very happy with the work, he did a great job!

I stopped 2 days ago on Thursday 4/20 around 10:00 pm for some gas, I asked the cashier nicely if there is a restroom for my 7 years old daughter, the cashier was so rude and said bad words while my daughter was standing next to me.I never had a bad experience like this, this person was so rude and just shocked me with his response.
