“I came to this store because they are one of a limited number of distributors who carry ambre essence. I was just in town for the day and disappointed when I discovered they had run out of the essential oil. Both Joni and Susie were there and were both friendly and welcoming. They offered to mail it to me when they got it in stock free of charge! They even sent me home with a sample lotion for the inconvenience. I recently called to check in on the order and found they had delivered it but I didn't receive it. I hate to think someone stole it but somehow it didn't get to me. So when I called they investigated and sent me the tracking information. Since I didn't get it they are sending me another one even though it wasn't their fault. I love how much they care about their customer and go out of their way to provide amazing customer service. I would recommend this place 10 out of 10. “During a girls weekend my sister and I visited Matti d's. I was looking for a few dresses to wear to special events this summer (wedding and rehearsal dinner). I had looked at all the major dept. stores and was very discouraged. I picked up one dress, decided to try it on and we were off. Jax helped me style it with shoes, etc. and it was perfect. One down. She next picked up an amazing retro purple (!) dress with pleats and bell sleeves. It was perfect!! In fact, my sister said it was the most beautiful and flattering dress she had ever seen me wear. “I was looking to add more green to my wardrobe. My home store off Calle Barcelona didn’t have what I needed so I visited this location. After perusing for a hot minute I found Francesca finishing up with another customer and she assisted me in finding a Kashmir Strato Tech long sleeve and showed me a couple of others. Wasn’t able to find much more green but came home with a fabulous dark salt Ponto long sleeve. All the staff were amazing and continue to amaze me at the level of service Vuori provides.”
