Del Mar Nails and Spa

Hours: Del Mar Nails and Spa is a popular nail salon and spa located in the heart of Del Mar, California, in the Del Mar Plaza. The business has been operating since 2007 and is known for its experienced staff of licensed manicurists, estheticians, and cosmetologists who provide services 7 days a week. The salon is situated near the beach, offering a relaxing environment with fresh ocean breezes and sunshine. Customers have praised the salon for its cleanliness, friendly and skilled staff, and reasonable pricing. One customer particularly appreciated Kimmy's talent and perfectionism in creating an ombré powder dip, while another was impressed by Sophie's detailed and fast work on a French manicure with gel polish. The customer was visiting from out of town but plans to return on future visits. A loyal client of several years highlighted the clean, fresh-smelling salon and soothing atmosphere, which lacks the harsh chemical odor often found in nail shops. The staff, a "wonderful group of women," are described as sweet, fun, and contributing to the warm, welcoming environment. Sophie, in particular, is praised for her exceptional care and expertise in attending to the client's sensitive nails. The owner, Ms. Kimmy, is noted for adding a personal touch by remembering clients' names. Overall, Del Mar Nails and Spa is highly recommended for those seeking a relaxing and enjoyable experience with excellent service and stunning nails.
