Very happy with the quality of instruction. So much more progress for my son than when we did private home lessons. Nice warm clean pool for my 6yo to learn to swim in.

This is a small outdoor heated pool for swim lessons, pool gets covered after lessons and usually pretty clean.

Non-Transparent Policy - I had inquired about Noonan on the phone and had explained that we were very interested in finding a good fit for both my children's skill level and teacher-student relationship. So they had offered a "trial class"" - had an okay first class, but it was too basic for my children so we decided to not enroll and enroll in another local swim class.BEWARE - what they didn't tell you is that their trial classes cost the same as a class and they auto-register your child for recurrent classes (despite emailing them that we were not enrolling). My children are all in MULTIPLE activities across San Diego, and never once do people offer a trial class only to CHARGE you if you decline automatic enrollment. Very sneaky policy - will never recommend to anyone as "finding the right fit" for your child is definitely not their top priority.

This is a rip off. My kid had been going for his swimming classes since he was 18 months and continued for almost 15 months. He can still not float by himself and its not the kid coz I was told that he was doing very well and progressing well. I would have at least expected him to float and have basic survival skills in 15 months. Also their customer service is really bad. It is as if they are doing an obligation.

Generally have been happy for 5 years, but we recently withdrew our kids. The reason was price, what started as $80 a month for one child, which I thought was expensive but tolerable, has recently morphed into $295. That's for 2 kids, so let's double the original $80 and account for inflation over 5 years.... I still don't manage to get anywhere near $295. That's ALOT of money just for a few 30 minute lessons.I also have to add that these lessons were rarely a full 30 minutes, mostly because of other kids in the class showing up late and then huge drama as they get in and fuss with their goggles, while my kid (who did show up on time) sits being ignored. Lessons would routinely not get going until 10 minutes in. The teachers and the pool staff were mostly great, but the value for money has disappeared. The staff who took my cancellation didn't even ask why, and the pool staff said we weren't the first. Maybe Covid is a justification but I doubt when things get back to normal the prices will return to 2019 levels - if they do I might consider returning, but for now we have taken our kids to a different school.

My 6 years old daughter has been in this Noonan swim school since she was 4 and half and she has come a long way thanks to all the wonderful swim teachers who are very patient with her! From being afraid of the water till getting all the strokes under her belt, and we couldn't be happier with what we are seeing, we love all the teachers especially Coach Elly she's wonderful with the kids!Bonus; we get to swim for free/play during Saturday!Just keep swimming little folks!

We LOVE Noonan. Our son swims here two days a week and cannot wait for his lesson each time. Kayla and McKenna are the BEST! This is my second child swimming at Noonan and I cannot recommend it enough.
