“Feels great to be supporting a small pharmacy over the big chains, and the service is infinitely better on all fronts because they seem much better staffed! So grateful they’re here and it seems like they’re not prioritizing profits over their workers. Not to mention how clean and organized everything is in the Pharmacy, easy parking, and quick service for meds and vaccines. I also appreciate their direct text line for patients and their openness to answer questions! Very professional. Almost my whole family has switched over now.”

“Another Big W in the area. It’s in Encinitas but riiiiiight on the border of Carlsbad. Came by to get some filtered water, hairspray, and screws to nail something in. No long lines. Friendly employees. Everything is clean and well stocked and not a madhouse like some other Walmarts. Produce needs some love. Lots of parking out front too.”

“The pharmacists are extremely kind and helpful. Having had kidney transplant and always not in a great mood they are extremely patient. Also cheaper than CVS! It's worth the ride to La Jolla not to wait in understaffed long lines and having people who know what they're doing.

“This is a 5 star review for Sharon, the pharmacist. She helped me on a Sunday, at closing time, to find a pharmacy that had my daughters medication in stock when they were out of it. She even stayed late and waited to be sure that my daughter’s prescription was transferred to another nearby pharmacy that had the medication in stock that we needed. She went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of before she left for the day, even after the pharmacy had closed to make sure my daughter didn’t miss an important dose. You can use the app to order a medication refill if it's not on auto-fill or check past prescriptions, etc., and you can get text updates for when meds are ready. They are often ready earlier than expected too.”
“Both of the main pharmacists who work here are excellent, as are the rest of the staff. They are super kind, personable, and helpful. The female pharmacist (who I am blanking on their name - sorry!) was extremely helpful to me in trying to figure out why a medication wasn’t being covered by my insurance, called my insurance twice for me, and helped guide me to the appropriate resources with my insurance company so that the issue could be rectified so that I couldn’t miss any doses of my medication. All turned out very well in the end I couldn’t have done it without her. Thank you so much!”

“While I have been tenuously cautious about medication delivery, I gave this company a try and they made a wonderful first impression. The receptionist over the phone was very kind and showed great attention to detail, to the point of respecting my questions and preferences enough to have a transparent answer to them. The dealer or delivery driver was also nice, and after signing for the meds, I found a stress ball and a pen included with my medication. I'm very happy with this company and I look forward to teaming with them in another couple weeks. My insurance paid for everything so there was no mention of payment at any time when interacting with Genova. Great people, great company, great care.”
“Mintra (the lead pharmacist from what I can tell) is awesome! She helps when there are hurdles and is warm and caring. On a recent prescription the provider made a mistake and she proactively reached out to clear it up and checked in about solutions. She is a GEM! “I had prescriptions refills I needed that were backordered at two different pharmacies, and this Costco had them. The woman who answered the phone both times I called on Thursday and Friday to request rx transfers, was super kind and helpful. I received texts when the rxs were filled and ready, and went in on Saturday morning and was able to get both of them. The staff was very pleasant helpful and answered my questions clearly. The size of the Costco shopping crowd was pretty intense, but the line for pharmacy was relatively short, moved quickly. Out of pocket prices using my Costco membership discount beat GoodRx. Very satisfied with my experience.”
