“Feels great to be supporting a small pharmacy over the big chains, and the service is infinitely better on all fronts because they seem much better staffed! So grateful they’re here and it seems like they’re not prioritizing profits over their workers. Not to mention how clean and organized everything is in the Pharmacy, easy parking, and quick service for meds and vaccines. “MCX exchange is amazing, I'm not a big shopper myself solely because I don't like being in crowds but MCX has a lot of variety and deals without having to deal with the headaches of being in a public store with people being impolite. Everybody is super helpful with the exception of the electronics department, I've been there twice and almost all the staff (besides like two people) seem very lackadaisical. They don't offer help, very unemotional when they do help you as if they're going out of their way & just unprofessional. Being that this is a Marine store, I would expect more out of them. If I was their superior, most of them would easily be laid off as this kind of service wouldn't be tolerated. Besides them, every other department is amazing and will help if you need anything.”

She even stayed late and waited to be sure that my daughter’s prescription was transferred to another nearby pharmacy that had the medication in stock that we needed. She went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of before she left for the day, even after the pharmacy had closed to make sure my daughter didn’t miss an important dose. The female pharmacist (who I am blanking on their name - sorry!) was extremely helpful to me in trying to figure out why a medication wasn’t being covered by my insurance, called my insurance twice for me, and helped guide me to the appropriate resources with my insurance company so that the issue could be rectified so that I couldn’t miss any doses of my medication. The receptionist over the phone was very kind and showed great attention to detail, to the point of respecting my questions and preferences enough to have a transparent answer to them. The dealer or delivery driver was also nice, and after signing for the meds, I found a stress ball and a pen included with my medication. I'm very happy with this company and I look forward to teaming with them in another couple weeks. The woman who answered the phone both times I called on Thursday and Friday to request rx transfers, was super kind and helpful. I received texts when the rxs were filled and ready, and went in on Saturday morning and was able to get both of them. The staff was very pleasant helpful and answered my questions clearly. The size of the Costco shopping crowd was pretty intense, but the line for pharmacy was relatively short, moved quickly. Out of pocket prices using my Costco membership discount beat GoodRx. Very satisfied with my experience.”
