“Great pharmacy. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. I especially like the small feeling of an independent pharmacy as opposed to a large chain. However, I am extremely disappointed to learn that the new owner wants to close on Saturdays. For some people, that means they can no longer support this pharmacy as they work. Being open on Saturdays, even half day, allows people to pick up their prescriptions. PLEASE STAY OPEN ON SATURDAY. 🙏🏻”

“They are truly the best. Heidi even went out of her way to make a special trip to deliver my medication herself because the medication arrived very late at the pharmacy and it was urgent that I have the medication. Heidi is a real sweetheart. Everyone is very friendly.”

“MCX exchange is amazing, I'm not a big shopper myself solely because I don't like being in crowds but MCX has a lot of variety and deals without having to deal with the headaches of being in a public store with people being impolite. Everybody is super helpful with the exception of the electronics department, I've been there twice and almost all the staff (besides like two people) seem very lackadaisical. They don't offer help, very unemotional when they do help you as if they're going out of their way & just unprofessional. Being that this is a Marine store, I would expect more out of them. If I was their superior, most of them would easily be laid off as this kind of service wouldn't be tolerated. Besides them, every other department is amazing and will help if you need anything.”

“I had a procedure requiring a good amount of medications. After researching many online and local pharmacies, La Jolla Discount not only had the best pricing, but they were incredibly helpful, patient, kind, and caring. From price quote to pick up and pharmacist counseling, they were awesome to work with during a stressful and expensive time. Stop looking around and call them for your needs! Couldn’t be happier and more thankful!”

“My experience at rouse never at this one. Customer service is outstanding. They're always happy to help you out. They have a smell, they will make sure you don't leave no money or any objects behind you. The story is very clean. That's all I can really say. Once you see one story, you have seen them all. But the customer service is a outstanding service. And i'm very grateful that I went into that rouse carmel. Mountain”

“This is the only pharmacy I trust to take care of me and my family’s pharmaceutical care. I drive 20 minutes to this CVS because of how incredible the pharmacy team is. There’s a CVS nextdoor to my house yet I still choose 3030 Grape. Alyssa has the highest standards for her team and it leads to the best possible patient care. She and her staff are compassionate and accommodating to all patients. Everyone works extremely hard and efficiently especially under the incredibly high corporate expectations.”

“I went there for my first time yesterday to pick up a prescription for my wife. There was very easy free parking in a parking lot and on the street. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. The staff was very friendly and the pharmacist who helped me was also very courteous. I’m interested in changing our pharmacist from Rite Aid to this new location. The only challenging point for us is that it is not the most convenient location from where we live.”

“Dan and the crew at Royal Pharmacy are a rare breed. They truly are a neighborhood pharmacy and care about their customers. I don't know where I would have been during the pandemic and through a health crisis without them. Dan has always made sure I had what I needed and the whole staff goes above and beyond. They've ruined me for all other pharmacies!”

“Capsule is the best pharmacy I’ve ever used, and what truly sets it apart is the people. In my experience, it’s very rare to find pharmacists who are not only knowledgeable, but genuinely kind. I’ve had the pleasure of working with both Jonathan and Zach over the past year, and they have each, on several occasions, made my life significantly easier. As someone with a chronic illness, I regularly have to navigate insurance barriers, unresponsive doctor’s offices, and medical device companies. Jonathan and Zach consistently go out of their way to make sure I get the medications I need -- on time and at an affordable cost. They’ve taken something that is so stressful and made it so much easier, and I'm deeply grateful for the care and effort they put into their work. I used to live super close by, which made it extra convenient to come in, and I was worried about moving and having to find a new pharmacy (because no one can compare), but thankfully I’ll now be able to use their delivery service. I truly cannot say enough great things about Capsule and their pharmacy team!”

“I’m a local physician serving our community and have had a great experience working with Ivy Pharmacy. Ivy is incredibly responsive and easy to communicate with, and she and her team always go above and beyond to help patients get what they need. It’s wonderful to have a locally owned, LGBTQ+ focused pharmacy here in San Diego. I highly recommend Ivy Pharmacy!”

“I had an excellent experience with the pharmacists at this Walgreens. They stayed 25 minutes after closing to help me resolve an urgent prescription issue after I encountered a problem with CVS processing the prescription through my insurance. I’m grateful for their kindness and dedication. I’ll be transferring my prescriptions from CVS to Walgreens, and I highly recommend this location!”
