“There's no reason to get prescriptions filled in big stores if you're close to Regents. They're always friendly, accomodating, don't make you feel like a criminal getting your important meds, work quickly to do refills, and provide that small business feel as part of the local community. Highly recommend. Can't name a single issue after using Regents the last 4 years.”

“Capsule is the best pharmacy I’ve ever used, and what truly sets it apart is the people.
In my experience, it’s very rare to find pharmacists who are not only knowledgeable, but genuinely kind. I’ve had the pleasure of working with both Jonathan and Zach over the past year, and they have each, on several occasions, made my life significantly easier.
As someone with a chronic illness, I regularly have to navigate insurance barriers, unresponsive doctor’s offices, and medical device companies. Jonathan and Zach consistently go out of their way to make sure I get the medications I need -- on time and at an affordable cost. They’ve taken something that is so stressful and made it so much easier, and I'm deeply grateful for the care and effort they put into their work.
I used to live super close by, which made it extra convenient to come in, and I was worried about moving and having to find a new pharmacy (because no one can compare), but thankfully I’ll now be able to use their delivery service. I truly cannot say enough great things about Capsule and their pharmacy team!”
“MCX exchange is amazing, I'm not a big shopper myself solely because I don't like being in crowds but MCX has a lot of variety and deals without having to deal with the headaches of being in a public store with people being impolite. Everybody is super helpful with the exception of the electronics department, I've been there twice and almost all the staff (besides like two people) seem very lackadaisical. They don't offer help, very unemotional when they do help you as if they're going out of their way & just unprofessional. Being that this is a Marine store, I would expect more out of them. If I was their superior, most of them would easily be laid off as this kind of service wouldn't be tolerated. Besides them, every other department is amazing and will help if you need anything.”

“I'm actually brand new to Ivy Pharmacy, transitioning from Allen Pharmacy, so naturally I was nervous of change because I'm on a lot of different medications and just want everything to go smoothly. My primary Family Health Center had been recommending Ivy for quite sometime, so, I finally went with it. I will say this, I got a ok pleasant call from Dee and she basically made me feel much more reassured that transitioning will be non problematic and she made me feel much more peaceful about everything which was very nice of her. “I’ve been going to the CVS at 1288 Camino Del Rio N in San Diego for as long as I can remember. It’s super convenient being inside Target—I can get a little shopping done while waiting for my prescriptions. But the real reason I keep coming back is the amazing pharmacy staff, especially Elise and Nawal.
A few years ago I went through a health scare and suddenly went from taking just a few medications to what felt like a whole pharmacy’s worth. It was confusing and honestly a little intimidating. Nawal took the time to walk me through what each medication did and what side effects to watch for. You can tell she’s passionate about helping patients actually understand their care.
Elise was just as incredible. With all those new prescriptions came a lot of insurance and cost questions, and she helped sort through it all so my medications stayed affordable.
To be honest, there’s another CVS that’s only five minutes from my house—I could easily walk there. But the care, kindness, and professionalism from Elise and Nawal keep me coming back to this location. It’s absolutely worth the extra drive to know you’re in the hands of people who truly care about their patients.”
“I went there for my first time yesterday to pick up a prescription for my wife. There was very easy free parking in a parking lot and on the street. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. The staff was very friendly and the pharmacist who helped me was also very courteous. I’m interested in changing our pharmacist from Rite Aid to this new location.
The only challenging point for us is that it is not the most convenient location from where we live.”

Sam's Club rotisserie chicken is better than Costco. For this Sam's Club has better packaging too since last week I got a rotisserie from Costco crammed in a greasy bag that didn't close back up.”
