I dropped off a package here. The woman who accepted the package proceeded to chastise me for not wearing a uniform? She told me she feared for her safety. Charge 3 dollars to print shipping label, even i pay FedEx online and have my package ready for return.

Very rude service. Charged me $5 for mail holding and pickup because she said they don’t offer that service anymore, but it’s not published anywhere that they don’t. Argued with me and was really sour.
