I dropped off 4 packages for delivery. I didn't select which method of delivery (express, overnight, ground, etc). The lady helping me didn't ask. So they were all sent overnight and cost my account a fortune. I called and she said it isn't her fault and that if no selection is made then FedEx just sends overnight...but shouldn't whoever is taking the package ask? Very frustrating and costly.

This place charged me $3 to print a label for Amazon. Ridiculous. UPS does not charge that. Taking my business elsewhere.

Was told I had to pay them extra for a self labeled, pre-paid package. When I declined, the employee seemed surprised that I didn’t just go along with it. So I went to a different Postal Annex down the road on the remainder of my errands for the day, handed it to the gentleman at the counter, and it didn’t cost a cent.

Carried a heavy box from the parking lot. Waited 5 mins while the guy at the counter sat there on his phone. Once he addressed me I showed him my FedEx QR code and he said I have to go to the regular fedex store. Don’t waste your time when they label themselves as authorized for FedEx

I was visiting in Del Mar and needed to mail something very precious to me to my home on the east coast. The woman working that day ( 11/18) wrapped this family heirloom very well and it arrived in time in mint condition. It was costly but so worth it!

Expected to be overcharged for stamps. $1.55 USPS global stamps will cost you $3 here.

I purchased a $.56 stamp, and it cost $1. This place is run by two identical twin sisters. One is very nice and one isn't as helpful or friendly. I had a PO Box here once and every time my kids went to get the mail, it seemed like she was charging something extra. This place nickels and dimes you. They told me that they had mail stored up since I rented a box years ago, instead of returning it. They tried to charge me hundreds of dollars before I could get my and my children's mail. You are better off getting a PO Box from the post office. It's cheaper and easier to deal with. Follow me for more great reviews!

I actually have never written a public review. $7 to print a UPS label and tape the box up is BIZARRE to say the least. Something felt off here - like they are actively trying to rip you off, albeit with a smile. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS.

I would not use this business again. Swati the lady in charge tried to rip me off charging me 1000 dollars for a package to be delivered to Dallas . I went up to the FEDEX store in the highland plaza and was charged $400! Dollars for the same package. Unacceptable. Don't use or trust these people .. the man at the FEDEX store was in disbelief !!!

I had a PO Box here from 1998-2020. We were stuck out of town, major problems. It happened to be when our P.O. Box renewal was was due.They don’t take credit cards because they don’t want to pay the small processing fee. So, I sent a certified check payment via my bank. They continually did not deposit it and wouldn’t answer emails, so I had corporate get involved. They were mad that I got Corporate involved so they closed my box after 22 years. It lead to a lot of issues with some legal documents because they held my mail hostage for many weeks and refused to cash or return the certified check.While English is not their first language, nothing excuses this unethical behavior. They (Swati and her sister) made a very difficult time of our life infinitely worse.
