Said I couldn’t drop off my USPS prepaid package there without paying $3 cash. Every other postal annex I go to never requires payment.

I would not use this business again. Swati the lady in charge tried to rip me off charging me 1000 dollars for a package to be delivered to Dallas . I went up to the FEDEX store in the highland plaza and was charged $400! Dollars for the same package. Unacceptable. Don't use or trust these people .. the man at the FEDEX store was in disbelief !!!

I had a PO Box here from 1998-2020. We were stuck out of town, major problems. It happened to be when our P.O. Box renewal was was due. They don’t take credit cards because they don’t want to pay the small processing fee. So, I sent a certified check payment via my bank. They continually did not deposit it and wouldn’t answer emails, so I had corporate get involved. They were mad that I got Corporate involved so they closed my box after 22 years. It lead to a lot of issues with some legal documents because they held my mail hostage for many weeks and refused to cash or return the certified check. While English is not their first language, nothing excuses this unethical behavior. They (Swati and her sister) made a very difficult time of our life infinitely worse.

If you have any sensitivity to smell, avoid walking in to this postal annex at all costs. There is a pungent incense stench that assaults you as soon as you walk in. I breathed through my mouth for the duration of the line until it was my turn, only to be told it would cost me $3 for them to take my package (fully ready and labeled) since it was for the USPS. How is this allowed, and why would anyone put up with this? Never again.

I have been dealing with this business for over 10 years, and I am fed up. Yesterday I was actually in the store as I watched them give my packages to another customer, who began opening them. One of these contained medical supplies for my wife. The packages had arrived over the course of three days, yet they gave all of them to this other customer. I would be less angry, I suppose, if this was the first, or even the fifth time this has happened. This morning I went back to the store to make sure that *I* actually receive my FedEx delivery today. The store was open, two other customers were standing around inside the store, but no one was there. I took video of my search for an alleged worker inside the store. The doors were wide open, nothing was locked, and absolutely anyone could stroll in and take whatever they wanted. Including mail. I was in my car, about to drive away, and the woman who appears to be the primary problem at this place came out of the CVS next door, and strolled leisurely back to her store....I do have video, but I can't seem to post any to this website....

Rude staff, and they charge a handling charge for USPS items. Support other locations that have better staff and do not charge extra fees.

I’ve known the owners for years. They are very good people who go the extra mile.

Sketchy-they don't scan when you drop off for UPS/FedEx won't give a printout. Avoid.

I literally just ran in here to drop off a package that was completely ready to ship, just wanted to drop it off to be picked up by USPS. Then I was told that I need pay $3 for a handling fee. I've dropped tons of packages off at various Postal Annex's including this one before and never been told this!

I don't even know how to start this LOL... I went to this location couple minutes ago and asked the woman if she could print only 1 sticker, in a sticker paper. She asked me which type and all that, said that she could do and I'd just have to cut it. I sent the file to her and the picture was too big, so I said to her that I'd come back later with another archive, with the right size. She pretended that she did not listen and print it anyway and said: oh now it's printing, $4 dollars! I was like: is that real?! Btw, she also printed it in a regular paper, instead of sticker paper. I payed and left without even believing that I was, literally, giving $4 for NO F****** REASON! And she was like: "oh I like your shoes", cut the b******* lady! Postal Annex, shut down this store. It's a SHAME the greediness and type of service!

Be cautious when using this facility. I recently went here to overnight a package. The person at the front handed me a piece of paper and instructed me to fill out my phone number, home address and email address. When I declined she said she had to have my phone number in order to send the package. While she was entering the address to whom I was sending the package too, she insisted she needed that phone number as well. Once it was time for payment she explained she had to have my husbands phone number and email address because we were using his credit card. At this point my husband was suspicious and gave her a faulty phone number. Since then, my phone has been riddled with numerous spam calls and text messages. I reached out to my friend who I sent the package too and they have had non stop spam calls and texts as well. Going from never getting a spam call to averaging 8 a day is a huge pain. I highly recommend that if you use this facility to not give them your phone number or email. Personally I wouldn't trust a place that obviously sells your information. I certainly will be driving a few miles out of my way to ensure that I don't have to deal with a shady establishment.

GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! 0/5 As if there aren't already enough reviews to tell you not to go here, here's one more. Usually when you go somewhere to ship back a return item the place will print the return label for you free of charge. All you have to do is email it to them. Not here. For some reason it was $3 just to print a little piece of paper. And then the return box that I already had just needed to be taped, also usually free of charge at literally any other shipping location. She DIDN'T EVEN TELL ME there would be a charge to tape the box until she had already taped it. An extra $5 for LABOR (??) what a joke. $8 to ship a return that I already had a label and a box for. These owners are CHEAP AF. And have ZERO costumer service. They shouldn't be in the shipping business. Please save your money and go ship your boxes literally anywhere else.

I was shocked when I tried to drop off a package and they wouldn't take it without a $2 fee. I had already prepared the package with a prepaid shipping label. I would understand a fee if I was asking for ANY kind of service but they're extending service -- and likely collecting a fee from the federal government- to act as a satellite post office. I see a class action against them in the future.
