Very disappointing service at the Del Mar Post Office. Brandy is always rude, negative, and unprofessional. Today I came in to drop off my pre-labeled packages and politely asked a question — instead of helping, she responded with attitude and no greeting. She never smiles and makes the whole experience unpleasant.
She needs to learn how to treat customers with respect if she is going to work in customer service, especially in an area like Del Mar. USPS should really address this issue.

They were very kind and the woman at the counter was beyond patient with a very difficult customer and I appreciate their attempt to help the world.

Brandi went out of her way to find packages that I dropped off earlier to double check that each of the 5 packages was going to the right address. Great service with a smile I’ve always had a good experience here!

Filthy and the employees act like they control the public instead of working for us. The whole place needs restart, including the employees.

Place is filthy and staffed by idiots lead by and even dumber supervisor. Supervisor was willfully ignorant, was disseminating false information to the public about public recording laws, and endorsed shutting down the office early as a result. No excuse for that stupidity in 2024.

If I could give zero I would they have no clue of their own rules and rudely refuse to allow themselves to be educated about the rules they should all be aware of read the poster 7 on the wall it clearly states the rules

The Supervisor attempted to assault someone who was simply recording the post office. She did not read Poster 7 or the DHS memo that states that we can all film and disseminate information for the public. The place is disgusting and has filth and cockroaches crawling all over the place. Fellow employees are also ignorant to the rules and regulations on postal property. Also employees are busy in the back playing basketball instead of working. Is this what our tax dollars is going to?? Smh

The service was very friendly, and the workers were very helpful. I would leave a little extra time because there are a lot of old-timers that come in and like to chitchat with the staff, which is charming, but when there is only one postal clerk available, I can take a few more extra minutes. On the other hand, when your time comes, they will take extra time to help you out.

The 91776 supervisor is not professional at all. They won’t return any calls on your mail matters! I’m sure she knew her mail carriers stole but refused to corroborate. I will go back to Alhambra postal service

I recently visited this USPS location and had an extremely disappointing experience. Despite its great location, I was appalled by the level of customer service provided. The lady working there during my visits, both times around noon, was consistently rude, cold, and blunt. She displayed no signs of helpfulness or even a basic smile. Also the atmosphere inside this USPS is dark, quiet, and depressing, further adding to the unpleasant experience. I sincerely hope they invest more in improving their customer service soon

Very unhelpful. The woman was surprisingly discourteous . I left to find help at another location. The three employees who were in the office at the time seemed slightly annoyed with the task of serving their customers.
