why act like you are robots, why are your employees so bad, not humane, don't want to work, everyone runs away, blames problems on each other, why stand at the door when you can come up and help, what kind of attitude towards customers is this, business is not built on this, everyone complains about the service, please fix this, talk to your employees, if they don't like this job, hire other staff who will possibly love their job

I came here, trying to get a new phone before family dinner. I did not think id be able to upgrade with a good deal and get a new screen protector so quickly. Sarah helped me and was relentless to try to find me the best deal so that i can the galaxy s25 ultra instead or the regular one. Thank you Sarah.

Great experience. Got a new phone, very helpful (Mike). Dropped my phone and broke the screen protector and Jason the manager was super generous, understanding and helpful and without question, replaced it with a new one. Store is clean and well kept and employees were welcoming. Thank you for great service!

Lost all color on my apps. Worked with 5 online techs who could not fix. Cyrus, a manager, in Del Mar fixed problem. He fixed what I was told could not be fixed. Thank you

Bought new iPhone online with trade in promotion. Decided on Express pickup at this location since it showed device was in stock. 2 days later, still no notice to pickup, so went to the store. They said they can’t help at all since the order still shows a pending status, with a hold. Staff couldn’t (or wouldn’t) provide any other info and generally wasn’t helpful at all. Just dismissive. Told to call customer service line instead. Left store, called and was told to wait 3-5 days and it will be ready. No issues with order and no hold. 4 days later, order is cancelled. No reason at all. Called again, they had no explanation, and just said the store should’ve told me they didn’t have it in stock. Again, no issues with my online order.
Frustrated and disappointed at this store for not trying to at least help and to customer service for what should be an easy order and trade in.
Don’t advertise Express pickup if you don’t have the device and just be a little more helpful - instead of the run around. Wasted time.

Gabriel was so helpful and got my phone taken care of. I came in the days prior and it took 3 visits and still was having issues. I traded in the phone for a different version thinking maybe that was the issue and Gabriel took his time and made sure everything was taken care of. If you can ask for him if you want help and re assurance your account and phone are going to be set up working properly. Thanks Gabriel

Austin, the store manager, was very rude. We got a phone that was slightly cracked, and he refused to give us a replacement. We are 11 year customers. he said that he took our word for it, but would not give us a new phone. he had an attitude, and should be fired. He has terrible people skills.

Just switched 5 lines to Verizon through customer service, the manager Ben was helpful and set up a following appointment for next day to transfer the new phones to our old numbers. As he suggested I got the account number and transfer pin but staff avoided helping me and mentioned there is a 50 dollars charge for each phone for the service (which the didn’t disclose it the day before)… their excuse was “we are not making money from you”My question is are they part of Verizon?!Not a good practice for Verizon Policy … I’m already disappointed!

Verizon Store in Del Mar, CA. On Aug 14, 2023 I went into the store to inquire about adding a line and transferring a T-Mobile line over. The representative told me I would get a $200 Visa Gift card via e-mail if I transferred a line from T Mobile so I proceeded. I have yet to receive gift card and talked to Verizon customer care and they told me I was given false information and basically, too bad so sad. I have been with Verizon for atleast 15 years and have 4 lines with them and it seems they lie to get you to do what they want. I am quite sure Verizon could cough up a $200 Visa gift card as promised but, instead, they choose to continue to be okay with their employees lying to you. Obviously, I will be looking at other cell phone companies that will appreciate gaining 4 new lines-
