Just switched 5 lines to Verizon through customer service, the manager Ben was helpful and set up a following appointment for next day to transfer the new phones to our old numbers. As he suggested I got the account number and transfer pin but staff avoided helping me and mentioned there is a 50 dollars charge for each phone for the service (which the didn’t disclose it the day before)… their excuse was “we are not making money from you”My question is are they part of Verizon?!Not a good practice for Verizon Policy … I’m already disappointed!

Verizon is a waste of money and time. Customer service is non existent. Verizon is extremely unprofessional and they're such tight wads that they won't hire the reps needed to solve very basic problems.

Amazing customer service every time I go in. The level of professionalism and expertise is incredible and we never have to wait long. Everyone in the store is well trained and so pleasant. Gabriel was so patient with my older mom who is not tech savvy and I could not believe the way he went out of his way to walk her through everything explaining the most basic concepts. I had to write a review because I feel this kind of service deserves to be recognized.

So what is going on at Verizon here? We came in to buy a brand new Samsung phone. Should be easy. Frankly a fun occasion typically. But after the salesperson told me about the Verizon credit card 4 times and 4 times I said I don't need it he stopped the transaction and said he couldn't continue and then grabbed the manager Brad. They kept insisting it was their job to tell me about the card. Fine once, maybe twice, but stopping the entire transaction because I asked not to share again? Then pulling back the free promotional tablet? I seriously don't understand. Especially as I've been a Verizon customer for many years. At that point I didn't trust what what was going on. It's a shame we had to walk out. No new phone. At least also no Verizon card! So weird!

I had a HORRIBLE experience with the manager Ruben. I had in writing from customer service that my mom would be able to pick up a SIM card to add on to my account. She called me from the store and he was insanely rude, yelled at me at the top of his lungs and kept cutting me off, not letting me get a word in. He demanded I call 611 to speak to customer service, which I did. The representative confirmed that my mom could get a SIM card and Ruben still refused. Not only did he contradict what everyone else said, he was also very mean.

Gabriel is the absolute man!! My phone broke the day before Thanksgiving. I went to a Verizon retailer who were unable to help me after they mistakenly locked out my Verizon account. I went to the Del Mar Verizon location instead and was unaware they were closing in 5 min. I plead my case to Gabriel and told him I was without a phone and could not wait until Friday. Gabriel then went above and beyond and was able to stay late and get me in and out with a brand new phone in under 20 minutes. Gabriel saved my holidays and I will be forever grateful. Thank you Gabriel you are the man your customer service was impeccable

Bought new iphone 13 this past weekend. Everything went well. Until I found out Juan signed me up for a bunch of stuff I never asked for. Buyer beware! He signed me up for a more expensive phone plan and phone insurance. Really bad!

Gabriel was a lifesaver!!! After my old phone died in a snowbank at Yosemite, I bought an unlocked phone but was having issues getting it to work via the Verizon website and online support. With extra effort, Gabriel was able to get my unlocked new phone to work. I really appreciate great customer service. The store was very quick to provide service. I was afraid I might have to change to AT&T but they saved the day! Yay!

Ordered a brand new iPhone 14 Pro online. I was given the opportunity to pick up in Oceanside store next day. I received a text notifying me that my phone was ready for curbside pick up at the Oceanside location. I acknowledged the text service when I arrived and it informed me in another text that it would be a few minutes until a Verizon representative would come out with my new phone. 40 minutes later no one came out. I entered the store and was told they don't have curbside pick up at that location and that I was going to have to wait until they finished with another customer. 20 mins later (1 hr total) the Manager and only employee in the store was not finished. Huge time inconvenience followed by worst customer service by the manager named Shannon. Changing to a new provider.

The manager at this store was rude and less than honest about resolving my service connection and esim issues. I would not want anyone else to experience this. Recommend that you visit the Encinitas corporate Verizon store and work with Daniel, the manager there.

Avoid it…7 people working here - 1 person out on the floor. There are multiple people in the showroom needing help and only 1 person helping. Every once in a while the other (I counted 6 people) come out from back play with their devices then go to the back. Just awful.

Make sure you have 2-3 hours to kill if you want anything done in this store. They are extremely understaffed with a general wait of 40 mins to be seen. They are terrible trained and have a difficult time truly helping. I needed help with an Asurion phone replacement and they assisted after two days of trying to work with the store. I would go for a couple hours one day and wait and then go a couple hours the next day but would always have to leave because I would have a meeting. Then when they did help they (Verizon) said my records showed I had a apple 11 pro and what I really had was an apple 12 Pro Max but I got so sick of dealing with them I just took the apple 11 pro and use it now. Moving backwards in technology but at least I have a phone after being down for 5 days without one. I wont go into the details but asurion couldnt send me a phone until I had Verizon unlock my account. A complete disaster.
