Wow. Horrible experience at the register. Manager came over to help, came for 2 seconds, told me and the cashier whatever, and left. The cashier ended up paying for my food just to get the line moving. She shouldn't have had to do that. Manager completely left his cashier and the customer at the register unresolved. The MOST unprofessional customer service I have ever seen in any super market. Absolute trash!
This was at 7:09pm on Jun 15th 2025.
Manager should honestly be replaced. He could care less.

I spent 10 minutes waiting at the food (deli) department before being informed that the staff had gone for their lunch break and there was no one available to cover their absence. You can’t just leave a whole department with no cover for 30 min! That’s bad management.

The selection can be really sparse here- the other day almost all the veggies were gone. It really needs a remodel and at most two registers are open so you often wait for a long time. No express checkout or self checkout available.... If you try and get bread after 3pm it's a Christmas Miracle... location and shopping center is fantastic so please update this store!

This is one of the worst Vons around. The vegetables are always either, very wilted/rotten, or simply out of stock. It's very frustrating to go to a store from something as basic as carrots and leave empty handed. The meat section is also always empty, or only have very old meat (many days old, and often discolored). To get any fresh meat, you have to go to the meat counter and ask. Customers shouldn't have to beg staff to put fresh meat out.

You talk about a story that the employees hate their job. This is the place. Ask a question to I think a manager and get a rude response. Non of the employees smile. It's too bad.

Decent selection of whiskies at this location (something I am not familiar with, coming from a different state). I was able to pickup a Redwood Empire cask strength bottle I've been searching for the past few months, with the pricing right in point with my research. I didn't spent much time checking many other areas of the store. The meat department, deli, and produce sections looked well stocked and clean. Ample parking, checkout registers, and the staff I interacted with were all friendly enough (although they seemed slightly understaffed for the time frame I visited - 6ish on a week night).
