The Pebble Beach post office is terrific with great and excellent customer service. The staff are some of the best postal employees, always very polite and helpful. Service is top notch and deserving of five stars. This small post office is a great small town gem with true customer service and an intent to help. Customers receive and send mail from this location and have never had any issues. The clerks are friendly and helpful. In contrast, the post office in Marina is horrible and untrustworthy, where mail often goes missing.

This post office in Pebble Beach has great customer service and I have never had any issues here.

Great service, friendly employees, a pleasant experience every time we stop in to gather mail and send packages.

This small post office has always had excellent customer service. I use to have a post office box here nr. 451 for many years. Anyways today June 13, 2022 I needed international stamps as well as domestic stamps and the clerk was friendly and helpful. Talked with a nice lady with a beautiful Shiba Inu dog.
