The service at this post office is very poor. The manager by the name Robbin from India did not attempt to help me with my situation and simply cited a deeply flawed and nonsensical policy rather than try to help me. My bill was never delivered on time. I had to pay a late fee for no good reason nor I never got an email to notify me about the bill. I also noticed that if you are Caucasian they would go out of their way to help them.

The Pebble Beach post office is terrific. I received my mail here and also send my mail from this location. The post office in Marina is horrible and untrustworthy and mail sent from that location often goes missing. This post office in Pebble Beach has great customer service and I have never had any issues here.

The staff here at the Pebble Beach post office are some of the best postal employees I’ve had the privilege of dealing with. They are always very polite as well as being helpful. I also enjoy picking up the Carmel Pine Cone newspaper and the Carmel magazine that they have out front. Service at this location is definitely top notch and deserving of five stars and more.

I had an item with tracking number which indicated "delivered" and was puzzled. We have a locking mailbox, so was not concerned with theft, and I had checked with neighbors. Called the Pebble Beach Post Office, no long wait, and Paul took my call. He was kind, truly helpful, called the carrier and got back to me with the simple solution. True customer service and an intent to help. Paul was a delight and made the whole experience such a great small town gem. Thanks!!

This small post office has always had excellent customer service. I use to have a post office box here nr. 451 for many years. Anyways today June 13, 2022 I needed international stamps as well as domestic stamps and the clerk was friendly and helpful. Talked with a nice lady with a beautiful Shiba Inu dog.

I know that USPS has taken some hits, and there were some real service issues at this location previously. HOWEVER, the U.S.P.S. stepped in to replace personnel, and the place now runs like a well-oiled, efficiently managed, customer-oriented operation which sets the standard for other businesses to follow. They consistently "go the extra mile" with each question or request for help. They exceed my expectations in spades! CONGRATULATIONS TO PEBBLE BEACH POST OFFICE, and USPS for making changes which resulted in exceptional services beyond expectations!

We live near the Country Club Gate (near David Avenue) in Pebble Beach. We get our mail about 5:30 or 6:00 in the evening, which is SO late. Why is the mail coming at such a late hour every day? This is an unreasonable time to be getting mail, and we wonder if this is a permanent situation.

I love this place. I go there often, and every time I do I get great service. I love getting the local newspapers from there, and enjoy a cup of coffee from the market next door.

Very impatient and unfriendly lady working here. They seem to be annoyed when you ask them a question. They have lost some of our mail so now we use UPS and FedEx for anything important. Given her attitude and their total lack of care and willingness to assist, I stay away from using any of their services.
