“Called Farris to tow my car from Monterey (near Pacific Grove) to Salinas for repair. He came in less than 30 minutes with a flatbed needed for my car. He was so professional and considerate; he even dropped me by my home so I would not have to arrange a way back from Salinas. Highly recommend this tow service for reliability and great (and affordable) tow service!”
“Terese at American Towing was unbelievably kind and respectful in helping my daughter with her car. It's always tough to be in an accident, getting t-boned on your way home from work and having your only mode of transportation totaled is bad enough, but then you have to deal with tow and storage of your car. It's challenging. Terese was truly the one good thing that came out of a bad situation. Terese treated my daughter kindly, explaining the process, arranging for her to get her belongings from her vehicle and just generally being a light in a pretty dark situation.”
“We’ve been bringing our cars here for everything from oil changes to brake work and general maintenance, and they’ve been amazing every time. The team is honest, professional, and really knows their stuff. They always take the time to explain what’s needed (without pushing unnecessary work), and they get things done quickly and at a fair price. It’s hard to find a shop you can trust these days, but Salazar’s has absolutely earned our trust. Highly recommend them for anyone looking for reliable, high-quality auto service!”

“I was so lucky to meet this gentleman for roadside assistance! He arrived in just 15 minutes, worked very professionally, and quickly put on my spare tire. What impressed me most was that he went above and beyond—on a Sunday when no shops were open, he even reached out to his friends to help me find a new tire. Thanks to his kindness and extra effort, I was able to get my tire replaced first thing Monday morning and continue my trip without delay.
Truly can’t thank him enough—his kindness turned a stressful day into a safe and hopeful one.”
