“I had the pleasure of using Ricky’s Towing and Transport. My car broke down on New Year’s Eve. Ricky’s towing turned a quite stressful event into a pleasant experience. The tow truck arrived promptly, and the driver was not only extremely skilled but also very friendly and understanding. “My car needed to be at the dealership by 930 yesterday morning. Called Madison and beers towing at 8 AM, and they came to my house, loaded up my car, and got us to the dealership at exactly 9:30. Courteous, friendly, and humble. He tried to refuse the tip I offered him, but he could see I meant it, so rather than argue he excepted it. Thank you so much!”
“Yesterday my electric car stalled! Everything shut down and locked up! We were unable to open the front trunk or start the car. I called AAA, but they were unable to figure out how to safely get my car onto the flatbed to tow. I then called Coast to Coast Towing and they came within the hour. The driver named Farris was so helpful and courteous! He called the dealership and googled and troubleshooted to figure out how to get the front trunk open. He was able to get the trunk open and he charged the battery enough to get the car started to get the car onto the flatbed and to the dealership. He definitely went the extra mile to help me. I appreciated all the effort he put in to get my car towed and me out of the middle of the street and home safe! Thanks so much!!”

“I had to call Carmel Towing twice in two hours for a battery that needed charging.It's more difficult to go through the AAA call center but it's important that a Carmel Towing gets credit for the call.Our technician arrived within 10 minutes of my car the first timeWhen I called the second time I was told Lorenzo had just driven out to Carmel Valley so we waited. Had lunch. I called Lorenzo and he was at our car within 10 minutes.These guys are great I highly recommend.”
