“This hospital has helped my cat a couple of times. Each time, they are considerate of my emotions and get my cat in as fast as they can. They also don’t try to do anything unnecessary in order to get more money. For example, this particular time, my cat had a string coming out of her rectum. The doctor saw her as quick as possible and then laid all the options out for me. They could do a costly X-ray, but since she wasn’t showing any other signs of sickness, it would be possible she might pass the string naturally. I went home and luckily my cat passed it the next day. They sent me home well equipped with signs to look for that the string might be life threatening. Good people at this place. The vet also remembered my cat from more than a year ago and seemed genuinely emotionally invested in the fur babies. Reception is also kind, as well as the nurses! I also suggest getting the banfield wellness plan. This visit was free because I had it.”

“I brought my cockatiel here the day after Thanksgiving after she suddenly became very sick. I called the Avian and Exotic Clinic hoping for a last minute emergency appointment, and they got us in right away.

The vet quickly diagnosed her with a bacterial infection. She received fluids for dehydration and was kept overnight in an incubator to keep her body temperature stable. When I picked her up the next day, she already looked so much better.

We were sent home with antibiotics, and within a two weeks she was back to her normal, healthy self. I’m incredibly grateful to the entire staff here, and the calls I received checking up on her progress. If it weren’t for them, I truly don’t think I would still have my little bird today. “They provide top notch pet care but it's not cheap because this is an ER that's open 24/7/365. I've used their specialist vets and they're good at getting to the bottom of complex health issues. My only ding is they jack up the price 200-400% on labs over what you'd pay your vet. I'd still recommend them without hesitation.”
