“Kingsburg UPs location is go to place for any returns or any errands I need to do in regards to shipping, they get the job done quick my stops there are usually a minute or less and never any issues just a walk in and out, i’d recommend this location to anyone and everyone, friendly employees who make the stops no problem, there’s never been any issue at this location it’s always a perfect outcome in regards of returns and everything, like I mentioned I wouldn’t just recommend this location to a friend or a colleague but everyone who’s interested in a UPs location that will give you the perfect experience. Never been a bad outcome, nothing but good things!”

“The hubby & I went to get my certificate printed & before we left the nice lady caught what was cut off the bottom of my cards & between the both ladies fixed it fast! Then she said if I wanted to laminate it.. well yes! Didn't know they did that! Looks professional! We've been here many times before & the service has always been great! I'm glad they are here in our small town!”

“UPS was very very supportive Greg customer the young lady working behind the counter was named summer they do not have internet service so getting my phone to print the UPS label was difficult had to go home and try it at home to bring up the shipping label but everything worked out summer was very nice she got a little frustrated and I said do you have open wi-fi she says no so by the time I went home which was four blocks away we got everything done and finally got the package shipped so all in all it was a nice experience would highly recommend Summer's very sweet but they have part-timers who may not see summer when I when you go in there so very nice ??????”

“Ever since discovering first class on Alaska Air, I have never thought twice about any other airline. The attendants are always super kind and accommodating. Their Waldorf salad, presentation, and cocktails are second to non! (2) free bags, free meals, free lounge in the terminal, and only cost me $800 round trip from Fresno to Eugene via Seattle! Excellent!”

“Articulate, efficient, and worthy of praise. Human error occurs in all fields of professions, which can be excusable because we all have our good and bad days. Take consideration that our postal service field workers (delivery drivers) deal with individuals with a variety of psychological characteristics including publicly intoxicated and unstable, loose dogs, sprinklers, blocked mail boxes, hidden mail boxes, faulty mail boxes, and many other nuances that hinder or reduce efficacy; some which may even cause the postal worker to become terminated for something that was not at the fault of our worker, like getting bitten by a loose dog. I digress and explore you to thank a postal worker for their service delivering our mail rain or shine, while we sit in our air conditioned homes as they drive in a steel box with just a small fan without air conditioning in the Californian triple digit weather!”

“Update to previous review! Had to go back a week ago (because I had to) and things have changed! The older gentleman who I spoke of earlier was a whole new human! Was completely giving off happy grandpa vibes while maintaining his professionalism while I was there and remainder me of mine (RIP gramps). He wasn’t even helping me, someone else was! People wore their masks, social distanced, and I saw someone disinfecting the place ? say what! I wasn’t there forever and the person who helped me was decent on timing. Overall such an improvement and very impressed!Original review:Bad service! It was utter chaos in there, the older Hispanic gentleman with glasses who was helping me looked like his gave up on even trying to tell people to socially distance or want to be there lol. The lady who works up front is normally the most helpful and nice. Wish I got her, instead of having to come all the way home for tape even though he had some literally right I front of me.”

“Helped my mom return a package and the company sent a shipping label that made me utilize this particular FedEx location. It was really out of my way. However, the staff was great in helping me. I'm glad I went on a non-busy day!I'm going to locate something closer next time.Like a Postal Annex location. I'm sure they do FedEx as well. I'm glad I had a great experience which made the frustration of making the trip worthwhile.”

“Very quick & informative, Especially informative that the hiring exam must've been lowered vastly. When I asked young mam behind the counter how much is the "Per Pound Rate" for large boxes, And he said that they don't charge by the pound, it's a Flat Rate" very confidently I might add, I responded with "I think you might wanna double check that?" And a little attitudey I was told "I can assure you Sir, that the usps does NOT charge by the lb for delivery, it's a flat rate and that's how We charge!" And I responded with(thinking to myself: GAME ON!!)"Well, online it asks for the dimensions of the box your shipping in or envelope, So for Example & this Conversation, how much would it cost to mail this letter behind you?(he tells me price) and now let's say I have a box that's 24x12x12 and weighs 10lbs, how much to ship that overnight?(he gives me a price) now, how much would it cost to ship the same box BUT it weighs 30lbs?(he starts to give me the price and as soon as he starts to say the 1st number I cut him off and say) WHY IS THERE A PRICE DIFFERENCE, ITS THE SAME BOX!!" He states "the 2nd box was heavier" me: EXACTLY!! THERE'S A 20LB DIFFERENCE AND A PRICE DIFFERENCE, SO CLEARLY YOU CHARGE BY THE POUND, CORRECT?" BEFORE HE COULD ANSWER HIS MANAGER CAME UP, AND TOOK OVER THE POTENTIAL VERBAL EVISCERATING THAT CARLOS WAS ABOUT TO FALL VICTIM TO...All the MANAGER said was "He doesn't have access to that part of the system which is why he responded the way he did. I apologize for that" I told her it was no big deal, it was his attitude that led him to those questions and I laughed & She laughed and I ended up smashing that night, Thank You Michelle, For Your Expert Handling and Processing of My Package and going Above, Beyond and Pretty Much Bending over backward to make sure I was Satisfied with her performance, I am!! Very Much So, Your Hubby is a Lucky Man!!-M”
